Vacation rentals with beach access in Clermont

Adam's apartment at the Blue Heron is in the best location in Orlando in my opinion. I love the sunrise in the mornings and the the fireworks from any of the lift areas in the evening. No need for me to drive miles to get my fireworks fix. Love being able to sit on the sofa and enjoy the view. if you are going to Disney then this location is great. You can get home at night in really good time with Epcot seeming fast. The location is also good for access to the I4 should you need it.

The space was what we needed for a wonderful Disney trip. Close to everything we needed. Carlos communicated well and was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My first experience with Airbnb was fantastic! Louis is a great host - very communicative, shared lots of tips, and made the stay from check-in to check-out a breeze! The unit itself was extremely clean and stocked with every essential one could need. The location is great; just a very short walk to the pool (I could see the pool from the screened-in back porch) and a quick drive to the parks. We had a super fun time and hope to stay here again!

The perfect home base for visiting family and friends in the Orlando area. The location was serene and quiet with beautiful views of the lake. Jodi was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend renting any of Jodi's properties.

Brett was fantastic and very very responsive! He had some extra personal things for us which I really appreciated. He was very accommodating and the community was great. The dock by the lake is worth visiting! The only thing I'd say as an FYI is that you'll have to interact with the host in order to access the unit. That's not for everyone so just a heads up. Brett is wonderful!

The accommodation is much more than what you see in the photos, spacious spaces for each member of the family, board games for family fun and the enclosure has pools and a small water park that my children really enjoyed. I definitely recommend it to visit Orlando and do the activities you want.

The home is as described and photos are an accurate depiction. Very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Rhonda came down to meet with us upon check-in; it's a large property with several homes owned by the family, but plenty of room still for privacy. Chip had the wood in the fire pit ready to go the night we checked in. On the second night he saw us outside adding fire wood and popped down to help get it going for us. The fire pit was definitely a highlight for us and was enjoyed by the group. We will most likely be back as a group for our annual weekend and all three of us thought of other friends/family we could bring there too.

The stay at the house was fantastic, all the kids loved it, the game room was the stop, as well as the pool. The house was well kept, clean and as big as it was advertised. Close to all the parks, supermarkets few minutes away . Fantastic!!!

We stayed at Garret's house for 4 months while having our house built. The home was extremely spacious and perfect for all of our needs. What separated Garret from other hosts was his communication. He was always available and very quick to offer remedies for the very few small issues that came up. i would highly recommend Garret and his home!

Ernesto & his wife Milena were exceptional Hosts! ... very responsive, cordial and accommodating! The house is a great 'bang for the buck'. We chose it because we have family we were visiting for the holidays in Davenport. It sits in a quiet cul-de-sac street in a very nice and safe residential neighborhood. The pool and hot tub reached very warm and comfortable temperatures for a cool winter night. There is a Publix supermarket just 5 minutes down the road and other major stores within a 10 minute drive. I would definitely go back to this place when I visit Davenport again.

We had a great stay! Beautiful backyard with plenty of activities - lake, volleyball, pool, hot tub and more! Open floor plan makes it easy to hang out with your group in one place.

Wow! what an amazing house. we spent 6 days in the house while we took our Grandkids to Disney. our Grandkids loved everything about the house. the bedrooms were great, the pool was perfect for them. the game room and theater was used everyday. We took a couple days off from Disney and the grandkids thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities. they even were able to use the projector on the pool deck to watch cartoons while swimming. the kitchen was huge and had everything I needed to cook for 7 people. The bathrooms were large, the bedrooms were spacious. over all this was the best Vacation home I have ever stayed in. the hosts were great. I cannot say anything negative about this home. if you want a great stay near Disney this is the place.

The location was great! We took an Uber to and from the Disney Parks…with no problem. Ron was very accommodating and helpful. He was quick to respond. The kids loved the games in the family room!

The apartment is very cozy with all the amenities, considering also that it is a private place that you can enjoy swimming pool, jacuzzi and restaurant. What to say about Alessandra, her attention and communication was excellent 😇

Beautiful place, spotless clean and in a very convenient location close to all things Disney. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a nice place for family

This is the second time we have stayed at Juan and Ana’s home while visiting Disney. The location is great—very convenient to the parks and nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The rooms allow our family to spread out and sleep soundly. Parking is easy and free. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house is in an amazing resort, a beautiful and peaceful place to be with family. Really close to the parks and everything we needed. We loved our stay. The house had everything we needed to feel as we were home.

The apartment is clean and nicely decorated, close to the pool and clubhouse. Tanya is very friendly and easy to communicate. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay, and would recommend to others!

Highly recommend. Close to everything but tucked away in a gated community (felt super safe and comfortable). Realistically 30 minute drive to Disney due to traffics but very close! Neighborhood wasn’t loud, very quiet. House was just as described! Will be back again!

The unit has everything you need to spend a holiday with your family, it has 3 very comfortable rooms and 2 very clean baths. The place is located on a great area minutes away from major attractions. Gary’s instructions were accurate. Would highly recommend.
