If you are looking for an atypical accommodation, full of good surprises, in the heart of a small natural vegetation beautifully guided by Laurent and witness to all the riches of soul of the master of the premises, then you must come here! In addition, this Cottage is ideally located for discovering, within a maximum of 40 km, a wide range of activities: bike tours, forest, zoo, castles, small characteristic villages... and Laurent is not short of good advice. Not living on the premises, we did not meet him directly... and yet we feel like we know him as his presence permeates the accommodation and guided us throughout the stay. His family perfectly ensures the welcome on site, with remarkable kindness. What more can I say: come and see for yourself!! Françoise and Patrice

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location is only 10 minutes from the center of Tours, and very close to many of the most popular chateaux. The unit is completely private, well insulated and very quiet. There is a gate restricting access to the property, so it was very safe. All the amenities are provided, and if they are not on location, Dominique will do everything to provide them. He is a delightful host, friendly, helpful and so accomodating. Having sheep, goats and wild rabbits a few feet away added to the pleasure of staying here. In nice weather, walks along the river are only steps away. Highly recommend.

We stayed one week at the Baker’s Cottage on the Chateaux de Belebat property. This was the most unique property we have stayed at. It is not only a place to stay, it is a place to explore and experience. Walk or ride a bike on the nearby bike / walking trail. Drive through the country side. Enjoy the view and sounds of chickens, cats and sheep from your windows. Experience amazing views of the stars on a clear sky night. All this and more awaits you at Chateaux de Belebat. Our hosts during our stay were Sixteen and Monte (friends of Oscar and Jeff). We feel very fortunate to have met them and to have experienced their passion for history and castles in Europe (Saving Castles). If you are looking for a unique stay don’t hesitate to book an unforgettable stay at one of the cottages at Chateaux de Belebat. Everything about this place was amazing! It’s so well done. The location is beautiful, the space had everything you could need and more. The kitchen was great. We enjoyed our time outside. Françoise was a great host. The only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

The accommodation made available to us was exactly as described. We enjoyed being able to arrive without constraint thanks to the key box and being able to park easily (many places on the street, parking possible in the yard if medium-sized vehicle). The accommodation is comfortable, well-equipped, clean and quiet. We took walks starting on foot from the accommodation, towards the city center and towards the castle via the small paths. Recommended.

Our stay went perfectly well. Our 11-year-old children (and ourselves) loved the place, especially the outdoor structures with a very large pool in which they had a lot of fun. The place is very friendly, our hosts were very nice and very hospitable. Beautiful environment, the village is very friendly, for lovers of tranquility and authenticity. To discover! ps: we loved the pizzas offered by the owners of the village bar :-)

Bright house, very nice. Access to a very pleasant wooded garden. Fenced. Everything in the kitchen is available and nothing missing. The beds are comfortable. Only small "hic" the upper room has no shutter and as soon as the day rises the light comes in. That said, I warmly recommend this host.
