Vacation rentals with a patio in Clarksville

The place is very peaceful and was easy to find. I like how she programmed the door to last 4 of my phone number. Easy to remember.

Brianna’s place was perfect for our need to be close to Vanderbilt hospital for a family member’s surgery. We were really only there at night, but the place was very clean and comfortable.

The apartment was very clean and a great location for everything downtown. Would highly recommend this place to stay to anyone. Rhonda was a very informative and friendly host.

We really enjoyed the Burnham. We came to Nashville for the Amy Grant/Vince Gill Christmas concert at the Ryman and stayed 2 nights at the Burnham. The place is quiet and immaculate. The apartments are beautiful and had everything we needed. The Latch app was a new experience but the videos were very helpful with explaining how to use it. We felt safe and secure. The Burnham is close to everything! You can see the Ryman down the street and it's only a block or so to the Country Music HOF. We took Lyft to a few places we went because of the rain but would have walked if the weather had been good. I will DEFINITELY stay here if I return to Nashville!! FIVE STARS!

one amazing client, the thing that pushed it over the top is they called and over to pay for my car wash to clean off the bird poop from the onslaught of flying birds in the area. clearly not their thought. amazing host

This weekend rental was all we could ask for- it was walkable distance to grocery store, easy uber ride to broadway, & spacious for a group of 10! We had a wonderful weekend.

Wow, what a wonderful experience from start to finish! David’s communication was exceptional—he answered all of my questions promptly and was very helpful throughout. The YouTube video explaining the arrival process was especially useful and made everything so much easier. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The location was perfect, with easy access to the downtown area. Most importantly, what was described is exactly what you get—no surprise cleaning fees! Thank you, David, for providing such a great experience. 10/10, I highly recommend!

Fantastic location, easy walk to Broadway and a few great bars even closer

This was a fantastic property - 2 BR and 2 BA with a great set up for us. The location cannot be beat and having the parking was awesome. It is on a main corner, so you can hear the traffic at some points, but it is truly nothing that bothered us at all. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was clean - I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location if you want to be close to downtown and the football stadium. The place looked like the pictures, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and additional linens. The hosts were very communicative and polite.

Great stay at nice comfortable condo. Bekah was very responsive and offered great suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area. The location was great - easy walk or Uber to everywhere we wanted to go including Broadway, Germantown, etc. Plenty of free parking at the condo which is definitely a premium in downtown Nashville! I'll stay here again next time I'm in town.
