Super comfy accommodation in a centrally located, convenient spot near UK and downtown.

I came up for an event a the Horse Park and was very impressed with our rental. The equestrian decor with a touch of beach elements was very nice. The porch on the front was wonderful as well. Very nicely furnished and inviting. The bed and bedding was soo comfortable and loved that there are ceiling fans! I will definitely stay on future trips to Lexington!

Great place for a medium sized group. We were supposed to have 8 but ended up with 4 and had a ton of space. Great location that’s an easy walk to West Sixth Brewing. Also walkable downtown just takes a bit longer. Great communication and instructions. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for a college visit for my daughter. Easy to find and access. Walkable to downtown Richmond. Very well maintained place with snacks, coffee, and ample hot water. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels and linens, and comfy beds. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and did not notice any significant noise from downtown. We felt safe and tucked away even though in a very central area. Would love to make this our Airbnb of choice if my daughter decides to attend EKU!

I absolutely loved this place and felt so safe and at home! The bed is comfy and so Is the couch! I would definitely stay here again in the future

Carrera’s place is exactly as described. It was perfect for our 3 night stay and located literally no more than a 15 minute walk to everywhere we needed to go downtown and even places that were a bit further was an easy walk or an inexpensive Uber. Bed was comfy and nice bathroom essentials. Carrera was great to communicate with and even checked in half way through to see if we needed any more towels or anything else. So kind and generous!

Shania was.a terrific host, and her Kentucky Charm location is perfect for any individual or couple looking to stay near Lexington. Georgetown is a fantastic community with several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

I recommend it, a nice, quiet and comfortable place, very clean. If you are planning a trip to Lexington, don't hesitate to stay here. I have already been staying for two weeks and I will continue to stay as long as I can

Super nice little place. Very clean and well kept. Allie was very responsive when we had questions. Quiet neighborhood but still very close to food and such. Would highly recommend!

This place was a perfect fit for our adults only getaway to visit part of the Bourbon Trail and opening weekend for the Keeneland spring races. Souad was a wonderful hostess! We especially appreciated the coffee setup and having the coffee stocked in advance. Highly recommended for a stay in Lexington!

We love this little house! It was perfect for what we needed! Angie is a wonderful host! She is responsive and helpful with local tips. The house was easy to find and access! It was clean and smelled fresh. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with a gas fire table! The Pac-Man game was fun and the snacks were a nice touch! We will definitely book the next time we come to town!

Loved this condo. Great location if you're attending an event at Rupp. Will definitely add this to my list of places to stay again when I'm up visiting my student! The driveway coming off High Street is a little hidden and will sneak up on you, but once you figure that out, it's all good!

This is a perfect location if you are attending an event at Rupp Arena. Callahan was very responsive and helpful.

Sadly we didn’t spend as much time at the penthouse as we had hoped. What time we were there, we thoroughly enjoyed everything the place had to offer….classy, comfy decor and furniture, spotless throughout, well equipped, unique access, and fabulous location if you’re visiting UK. With that, you are in the middle of the going-ons of a lively UK. So expect some street noise at night. It was no issue for us-we were tucked away in our cozy bed. One of our favorite Airbnb “homes!”

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Randy was so responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful and clean. So many nice touches throughout the place. We walked maybe two blocks down the street to a playground for our toddler. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Lexington!
