Fantastic place to stay in beautiful surroundings! Our stay at this house near Como was just perfect. The house itself is modern and stylishly furnished, but wonderfully embedded in the charming old village – a great combination of tradition and modernity. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this place!

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

What an amazing house Ivana has. Outside beautiful, easily accessible, private outdoor seating area. Inside, all expectations go above and beyond. We enjoyed the house, the surroundings and the delicious apple pie.

Spent two weeks in this lovely house. For us steep stairs and private room located outside of the building was OK, so no complains. Huge winner of the house is its location, close to the great bouldering in Brione as well as fantastic hiking that you can start straight of the house. The view is gorgeous and the village is quite and charming with all rustic style buildings. Would definitely recommend for active people who value great views and the nature nearby. since we were already here last year, of course we already knew everything. For us, the few days were very relaxing again and we would come back anytime. the apartment is spread over 3 floors but that did not bother us. also that no TV is available, we can only see as an advantage. Sometimes away from everyday life and all the luxury stuff. There are plenty of other possibilities in Ticino. That's luxury enough. Thank you, gladly again.

Warm welcome by Fabrizio. Good explanation of what to do and where the dog is welcome. Very clean accommodation and everything was correct according to the listing. 2 small fenced gardens where the dog can walk around safely. Close to the dike where there are many cafes and restaurants. Small supermarket nearby, Large supermarkets 5 min by car. Host responds quickly to messages. We have had a pleasant time there.

Even though I only spent one night there, it was a great experience. Wonderful apartment, very helpful owners, the restaurant is absolutely recommended. Even having a small issue late in the evening, it was resolved immediately. I'll definitely be back.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

What a great location and amazing host. Everything we could have hoped for. The property was as described, ideally located for everything you could want or need. Alessandra was an amazing host before, during and after our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at Maria Luisa's place. The apartment had everything we needed, and the setting was absolutely stunning. The open kitchen was perfect for rustling up a quick dinner while staying part of the conversation. Although the view was hidden by fog at first, it cleared to reveal the full beauty of Lago Maggiore - an unforgettable sight! Maria Luisa was very helpful and responsive, making our family break even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

We had a wonderful week at the apartment! The location is great, downtown. Everything was very neat and clean and communication with Manuel is also very fast and friendly. We'd love to come back!

Very nice accommodation and easy access and above all perfectly secure. We had everything on site to feel at home. With a baby and child it's easy to live in. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Et Come (20 min) - Milan (40 min) to be able to visit It's a place I would recommend without hesitation. Thanks again

We spent three wonderful nights at this chalet nestled in the heights of Lake Como, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. It was a haven of peace, surrounded by nature and animals, away from any urban noise or traffic. Absolute calm allowed us to really recharge our batteries. The cottage was warm and very nice, a real cocoon that my mother and I loved. Only small downside: the bed a little noisy when we moved, but nothing that spoiled our stay. The hosts were adorable, very welcoming and thoughtful, even going so far as helping us unload the car. We would definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway in an idyllic setting!

Large, very functional and perfectly clean accommodation. Many hikes in the immediate vicinity, lakes can be reached in 10 min by car. Decoration that gives a soul to the home. We had a great stay at Marco's.

We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic Airbnb in the mountains near Lake Lugano. The small Italian village exudes tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The surrounding nature with its mountains is breathtaking, and there are numerous opportunities for hikes and walks. The Airbnb itself is immaculately clean and cozy – a perfect place to get away from it all. If you are looking for peace, nature and Italian village idyll, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous stay and honestly the most beautiful surroundings! You cannot imagine the views until you get there, magnificent! Eva was so kind and caring towards our family. Such a lovely soulful human. Her husband also kindly provided us with wood for the fire. Gentleman. Everything in the apartment was top quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
