the Dream turned out to be a comfortable place, with a lot of space, cozy and clean, well heated, with a fully equipped kitchen. Mrs. Susanna was very kind to us and our dogs. We highly recommend it

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Great home, right near the old town of Sutri. Many great cafés and restaurant in the area. Matteo was very helpful and always caring host.

the accommodations we're better than described and easy to locate. we had a great time with way more room than we needed. great value for the money and Maria communicated very promptly. Even through my mistakes Maria was very gracious. Highly recommend. we'd definitely stay again on the next visit.

The apartment was exactly what it looks like in the pictures: the condition is great, very well and tastefully decorated, clean and made it feel like home. The access to the apartment was made as easy as possible and it did not depend at all on when to arrive at the apartment. Communication with the host was pleasant, responses to my questions were quick and exhaustive. We got to the apartment quite late at night to fly on early in the morning. So we were unable to see the surrounding area during daylight hours. In the dark in the evening, the surroundings looked a bit abandoned, the head of all the houses were surrounded by high walls and the gates were with security codes, some of the houses looked abandoned, and there was a car left behind about 50 meters from the property on the same street about 50 meters from the property, it was full of garbage, it caused a bit of creepy. At the same time, I also felt safe and secure while moving around late at night, plus the sea with places to eat is a short walk away. There was a bit of dog walkers late at night.

Everything was absolutely fine and the host was accommodating with everything.

We had an emergency situation in Rome and Celeste was very considerate, understanding and supportive. Her place is very comforting, warm and organized. We had a very relaxed stay. There are alot of shops, café's and Restaurants in close proximity from Celeste's place. The Park of Villa Ada Savoia is very intriguing for trekking and having a nice calming walk.

Our hosting was excellent. Beautiful place and very clean. Andrea was very kind and at check in gave us a map of Rome with many tips on what to do and where to go. Simply great!

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

Very nice stay. Accommodation matches the photos with a beautiful garden in a peaceful location. Not too far by car from Rome and the beach. Good restaurant very close. It is very simple to chat with Cristiano and his father to get some advice and recommendations. Delighted with the stay, I would recommend!

This is a completely beautiful apartment that had lots of room for our family with three teenage children. It is furnished with fantastic art and antiques and could not feel more “Roman”! :) It literally overlooks the Forum and is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many major sites. The hosts are super helpful and extremely responsive. Just FYI, there is construction on the house next door and work started around 7:30 am on weekdays—that didn’t bother us at all but be aware. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend!

This place was great. First of of the linens smelled amazing and it made for the comfiest spot after a long day of Roming. It was a great location, great terrace with fantastic views. Just perfect. Only downfall was you could sometimes get whiffs of the neighbor smoking. It seemed to clear quickly and the place didn’t smell smokey at all any other time.

We had a wonderful stay in Jochen's apartment! The apartment was in a nice neighbourhood, with restaurants nearby. It was the ideal spot to discover Rome.

Andreas' apartment was functional and in line with our expectations, located on the 7th floor (with elevator), the very pleasant terrace overlooking the Colosseum, close by, 10 minutes walk as well as the metro. A very well-stocked convenience store, close to the apartment and open quite late. As we arrived by car, there is a paid and secure parking right in front of the building, which reassured us because finding a place to park in Rome is not easy. Our host, Andreas, gave us all the information we needed. A great stay, a beautiful city to discover, such a rich history and a desire to come back... Elisabeth and Laurent

Very nice apartment in a residential area. Subway and bus stations are nearby, which makes it very easy to get to the Colosseum, etc. Affordable restaurants around the apartment.

Most magical place in Rome. Perfect if you want a peaceful getaway inside Rome. The house fell like something out of history book and the art inside was also beautiful. Loved every detail that Svilena has put in the house, you can really see that this place is so well taken care of. Everything was spotless and so cozy and it really sets itself apart from other Airbnb’s as it felt like an actual home. Svilena was very responsive and the communication through out the stay was smooth and easy. <3
