House vacation rentals in Civita Castellana

We spent two days at the property. The house is equipped with everything, the host was very kind. Recommended experience In summer it would be perfect as it is equipped with a swimming pool

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

our stay at Giorgia's place was wonderful and located in a very nice and quiet area, the host's directions allowed us to easily find the apartment. We had a beautiful and carefree weekend surrounded by nature and animals and we were impressed by the beautiful view from the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Mariano and his son Nicolò are two welcoming, helpful, warm and loving people. They were flexible with our arrival time to check in and were kind enough to let us find an iron, as we had missed bringing it. Quiet and sheltered place, where you can sleep very well :)

We spent a week at Villa Letizia with great pleasure. The villa is charming and well equipped and full of local character, set in a magical and peaceful landscape. Everything you need is within a short distance. Letizia is charming and always available. We are grateful for the wonderful vacation and happily recommending it.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Great home, right near the old town of Sutri. Many great cafés and restaurant in the area. Matteo was very helpful and always caring host.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

Very clean accommodation in a quiet area, Andrea is extremely helpful and kind, as well as providing great advice on the surroundings. Very close to the Colosseum and the metro stop. Highly recommended.

Paula's place was amazing, so light and airy and very clean. The amenities were really good and there was some little snacks left out which was greatly appreciated after flying and arriving quite late at night. The location was good, we used the train service mainly to get in to the centre of Rome which was around a 20 minute walk from the apartment so nice and convenient and the local supermarket is very close. There was a nice bakery a couple of minutes walk away from the apartment which was nice for a pastry and coffee. We always received a quick response to any of our questions which was lovely. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Fantastic place a stone's throw from Rome... tranquility and relaxation we had dinner with huge outdoor barbecue!! Newly renovated apartment, fantastic bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen... Lavinia is very responsive for explanations and tips!! We played volleyball and soccer on a grass field that looks like Wembley!!!! Top! The kids were very happy with a thousand Things to do. Mr. Silvio (the guardian) is very caring and ready on every occasion for advice and help (he helped us light the outdoor grill and brought us the eggs freshly hatched by the hens!!!). We will definitely be back!! Thank you.

Sabina's place in Pigneto was the perfect home base for our trip. She is a responsive and generous host, and always available to help! We were very comfortable in her spacious and inviting apartment, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Everything was very convenient--the Metro station and a good grocery store are two minutes away, and Pigneto has bars, restaurants, parks, and a lovely neighborhood feel, away from the most intense tourist zones. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Rome! Thank you, Sabina! I hope I can return, someday!

Was a second stay and was just as good as the first. Our host was very helpful and gracious with us on early check in and late check out.

Amazing vill in a lovely Town!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

A secluded and quiet place... for those looking to escape the day-to-day bustle of life this is the place for them.
