We had a lovely stay. Quiet, cosy and clean, perfect to explore the Isle of Wight. Would absolutely stay again :-)

Matthew’s house is a stunning period townhouse which ticked every box for us. We loved seeing the original features retained such as the exposed beams! Everything was super clean and tidy and we found everything we needed as the house is very well equipped. Lovely little touches for us on arrival which were a nice surprise. The house is perfectly located for visiting Beaulieu town and walks in the area - we would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back soon! Thanks Matthew.

A really cute and cozy place for upto 4 people. You have the entire place to yourselves and the house has every amenity you would need. The kitchen is fabulous, there's TVs in every bedroom and bonus points for having a cool selection of DVDs if you're all staying in like we did. The view in front of the house is also really beautiful - you get to see the creek. In summers I suppose this would be even more beautiful. It's a very quiet area and we had a really nice time here.

The house was located centrally so it was very easy to walk around Midhurst and explore the surrounding area by foot and car. There was also on site parking. The house was comfortable, warm and well stocked in the kitchen. Bathrooms were clean, the beds comfortable. The views from the back of the house were lovely.

This is our second time staying in this property. We feel like we are at home. Everything is perfectly fine. Great location, walkable to town and very close to the railway station. Moreover, Phillips is one of the best host. He is very friendly and always kind. His response is fast. We are very grateful for his kindness. Thank you Phil for hosting us again!

We had a lovely few days in Chichester and loved the townhouse. It’s in a very quiet location but in walking distance of the cathedral, great cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable, warm and has everything you need for a great holiday. Always a bonus to have a garden too. We enjoyed exploring the area and would highly recommend. Chris was so helpful and responded really quickly to our questions. We would definitely love to return.

We had a fantastic three nights here. The photos don't do it justice. It was immaculate, spotlessly clean. I don't think that I have been to a let that was so well equipped. Location wise, it's perfect, being just a couple of minutes' walk from the cathedral and town centre. We also enjoyed great walking in the Downs around Goodwood racecourse, a stroll along West Wittering beach and walk around Arundel. It was incredibly quiet, although this was probably helped by the fact that the road was closed a bit further down due to roadworks. Not that we were complaining. It was wonderful listening to the cathedral bells from the garden on Sunday morning. Lynn is a terrific host. She was really quick to respond to communications and sorted out our digital visitor parking vouchers. Not only that but she was extremely helpful in getting a coat posted back to one of our party who had left it in a cupboard on departure. Thoroughly recommend.

beautiful house, stunning decor throughout, not the normal 'sterile' places you can book, it is filled with thought and attention to detail. Great location, so close to the Historic Docklands and great bars and cafes.

We had a great time at Donna’s place. Donna was very responsive from the get go and answered all my queries proactively. We had no issues at check in and all rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen space was great, we loved the dining room table for morning breakfast. We stayed for a full week to work, Katherine was super proactive with any questions we had and even applied for an online permit for our car so we could park wherever we wanted in the road. It was clean and had all the necessities. If we are ever in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Katherine to stay again :)

The presentation of this property is simply immaculate. Pastries and fresh flowers (and plenty more) greet you on your arrival. The attention to detail in the decor is next level. You will want Rachel to come around and do the interior decorating at your own home after seeing this. There are more sitting rooms than you will possibly be able to use. There is actually not much point to reviewing this place: all you need to know is that if you are going to Chichester and surrounds, do yourself a favour and stay here if you possibly can.

Amazing place for our family stay! Location was brilliant and just a short walk to main city centre full of shops and restaurants. Bathroom was absolutely stunning and a real treat of luxury! Seb was an amazing host and he went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. He was always on hand and quick to respond to any queries we had. Big thank you Seb for all the extra help while we stayed at your property, it was great to meet you & we’ll definitely be back in touch should we stay in Chichester again.

We had a lovely couple of days at the house with family celebrating my birthday. We loved walking out to the shops. We enjoyed a private chef at the house who said the cooker was great to use. A lovely characterful house, comfy beds and cosy. Thank you

Very nice house with 4 separete bedrooms. Newly refurbished and beautifully styled and fully equipped. Very welcoming and with some fruit and snacks provide to us . Top value. Only backdraw perhaps is the shabby neighbour house. /Magnus, Olle, Peter and Janne from Sweden

Lovely little property - very pretty. It's located very centrally which is great too. My friend and I had a very enjoyable and relaxing few days. I would definitely book this property again the next time I visit Winchester.

From our arrival We felt that Sam’s house was our 2nd home! Maeve was especially grateful for allowing her to share the toys within the playroom. Pool table was a great addition too! location for attending a family wedding nearby was perfect.

A beautiful house which is very well presented and spacious. The house is well equipped and felt like home straight away. Our 2 dogs loved having the back garden too and settled in well. It was lovely to arrive to a warm house which was decorated with a lovely Christmas tree ( we had arranged with Beth that we would be arriving after midnight due to a late crossing). A short walk into Cowes town centre. We had one minor issue which was promptly sorted by Beth.. The parking issue was not a problem as we could always park around the corner on the next road. Unloading the car was quite easy as the road is quiet with hardly any traffic. We normally stay in Ventnor or Shanklin. However, we loved our stay so much that we hope to visit again soon. A great little house with much to recommend it, well located just a twenty-minute walk to the cathedral and high street. The private parking space is right by the back gate and you enter the house via the back door into a sunny well-equipped kitchen. The living/ dining area is spacious and nice that it was fully carpeted. While we were there it was a chilly 2 degrees and our host Qiao could not have been more helpful, checking in with us every day to make sure we knew how to manage the central heating. The internet connection was excellent, a big plus for us as we are writers and needed to be online for chunks of the day. The area was super quiet at night and if you are staying a while and want to be self-catering, there is a large Waitrose within a 5 minute walk. We would happily recommend this little house for anyone wanting to explore Salisbury and the surrounding area.
