A wonderful stay and location! Easy access to many parts of London and lots of areas to explore locally. The apartment is bright, welcoming and has everything you need. Despite being in a busy area it was also peaceful and relaxing, as well as being quiet at night. Would highly recommend and was sad to leave.

The flat is exactly as shown and described in the pictures. We were 4 adults and it was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equiped for cooking and eating in the flat. The location is great, lots of buses and the Underground station is quite close. There is a beautiful park next to the flat. Patricia was amazing. She sent us a super detailed and helpful guide for the flat and the surroundings. It was super easy to communicate with. A neighbour welcomed us and gave the key, she was super nice. Overall a great stay. Recomedable.

First rate accommodation at an excellent location. Very handy when using public transport. Met by the cleaner, who was friendly and helpful, and who showed us to the property and gave us the keys. Property was provided with clean linen and towels. Well equiped kitchen; the only thing missing was a coffee machine!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. They had photos to help with arrival instructions and they weee very responsive. Everything was clean and so close to the underground transportation. Quiet at night so we had a peaceful sleep.

I loved staying at Guzin’s accommodation: 5 minutes to the subway and bus stations and the location is very close to two of my favorite areas in London: Hampstead and Camden. The bedroom is huge and the private bathroom is not common at this price range. All was clean and the whole family really nice. Thanks again!

It's very convenient to travel, as it is only about a 10-minute walk to the train station. Overall, it is very clean and tidy. David is a nice guy; he responds frequently and is very friendly and polite.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, very family orientated home. The complimentary breakfast option at arrival made arriving comfortable, especially with children. Loved the house, enough space for everyone and great spot to explore London.

It’s a good choice for me to live in here. I like this flat very much and will choose this next time when I come back London! There are two rooms with bathrooms, very clean and private. The bed is also very large and comfortable which is enough for two people. The living room with an open kitchen is very convenient for us to cook some food. There is a Tesco store about three minutes walk. Overall, it is really good place to live in London!

Judy is very warm and welcoming! I wasn’t in the flat much as I was over for work but it was a lovely place to be for the time I was there!

Perfect for a transit journey or stopover to collect an overnight passenger from Heathrow. My fellow Roommates, the most well behaved pets and the lovely welcome message from Su made me feel right at home. Great value is always a bonus!! definitely recommend

Beautiful home and perfect location for us as we have family in Muswell Hill. It was a sad occasion for us as were arranging and attending my Mum’s funeral and having such a beautiful home to return to made it easier.

The stay at Davide's accomodation was perfect. First of all the location of it was key to be able to go around London walking or just getting a bus or subway, which is the same line for most of London main attractions. The apartment itself is very nice and cozy, with an equipped kitchen which helped us a lot. Everything was clean and even the decor was cute and nice. I would recommend it to everybody that goes to London now, and I would stay there again in a heart beat. Last but not least, Davide was amazing. Very organized, thoughtfull and helpfull with everything we needed.

Perfect location especially for first time visitors wanting to see the main tourist sites. Also. very easy access to many public transit options. Host was extremely helpful and kind.

Great place to stay. Residential area, though there are some smaller hotles nearby. Very close to two subway stations so that was wonderful ~ and because there is also a main road nearby easy to get a taxi. Kensington Park is across the street. We ate a lot of dinners nearby in Notting Hill ~ many cute, small restaurants + shops. The apartment is nice, met expectations, clean and clutter free. It is a basement apartment but not an issue. Lots of closet space and having the two bathrooms + one half bath was very nice.

Christopher was an excellent host, always responsive and genuinely interested in ensuring our stay was pleasant.

This is a great location with shops and restaurants nearby. We loved the Abbeville pub. Mark was there when we arrived, finishing up cleaning. He was able to show us many helpful things about the place. The only thing I would mention (particularly to Americans!), is that it is not the type of air conditioning we are used to. We were quite comfortable, though. The kitchen is extremely well equipped - even has a portable ice maker! The beds and linens were comfy, and we enjoyed our stay. Mark had some food supplies to get us started, snacks and beautiful flowers. He is a very considerate host. Thank you, Mark, for our stay. This, was a stay with my husband and I (in our 70's), our 52 year old son, and 18 year old granddaughter, and we all felt like we had our own spaces.
