Great studio apartment in a wonderful location right behind Armadale’s High St. Light & bright large with super comfortable queen bed & full size kitchen & dining table & lovely little balcony to catch the morning sun. Tram’s a 1 minute walk & train station a stroll down the high street. Very quiet location especially considering its proximity to the shopping & eating precinct. Others have mentioned the metal circular access staircase. As long as you have considered that when booking, it presented no problems & meant additional privacy & a lovely outlook over the surrounding suburb. I’m a frequent visitor to Melbourne & will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Jo's place for the weekend and it did not disappoint, being with in short tram ride/ walk to some of Melbourne's best cafes and restaurants allowed me and my partner to experience everything Melbourne has to offer. Thanks Jo!!

Excellent location for us. We loved the terrace with a nice view of Melbourne stadiums and a decent vantage to the CBD as well. Tram right outside was convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This apartment was so comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Comfy beds with good linens and great pillow selection. The parking was always easy for our car and the leafy neighbourhood is perfectly located between Elwood and St Kilda...a short 10 min walk either way. Another great thing was the good water pressure and reliable hot water. It was as lovely at the photographs and bigger than we expected...more like a small house rather than an apartment. We would stay again when visiting Melbourne as we always have a car.

This is my second stay at this fantastic apartment. It’s located close to museums, art galleries, restaurants and bars. The tram system in Melbourne makes travel within the city so easy. Purchase a Myki card from any small store (I bought mine at a 7-11), use it for all public transport in the Melbourne area. Tram stops are less than a 5 min walk from the apartment. Make sure to visit the Botanic Gardens. I loved my stay at this apartment.

We just left Veronika’s beautiful property this morning after a 2 night stay, we had the most incredible time, her place was beautiful beyond words, truly magical! A zen retreat to recharge and connect with nature, filled with so many incredible books and intricate pieces that give the house so much character. Veronika was an amazing host, made us feel very welcome and was very easy to communicate with, I couldn’t recommend this place enough! We already can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable! The place is lovely and private. Easy to access. The host was very responsive with clear instructions. This is the 3rd time we have visited and holds a special place in our hearts!

For anyone wanting to book this place, it’s absolutely amazing. The drive there and the scenes on the way are incredible, Such a cozy perfect getaway spot! - you will miss leaving the place. The owner is so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be booking again with them.

had a great Christmas! thanks so much for having us. The house was massive, clean and fairly well equipped, could do with some more cooking trays and pots and pans but otherwise very good.

This booking was for our annual girls' getaway, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Deepika was a responsive host, providing clear instructions that made our stay seamless. We were charmed by the peaceful surroundings, waking up to the delightful sounds of birdsong each morning. The freshly cut flowers, bottle of wine, and Anzac biscuits awaiting us were such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. Our favorite spot, without a doubt, was the outdoor spa, where we spent countless relaxing hours. It was truly a memorable escape.

Wonderful place to stay and relax with family or friends. The pool is divine and the pool table, bar, tv area is amazing.

My friends and I had such a wonderful stay here. The kind of trip where you never even need to leave the property. We spent most of our time in the pool, playing billiards, tennis or picnicking in the gardens. There are also plenty of nearby walks and gardens. If you’re looking for an Airbnb that feels like a hotel, this is not it. It’s clearly someone’s home so not newly renovated and pristine but it has so much character and this also means the kitchen is actually stocked with more then enough cookware and dinnerware for the amount of guests plus all the basic herbs, seasonings, oils, tea and coffee etc. Nearby towns of kallista and Olinda are very cute for lunch but you really never need to leave. We couldn’t believe this beautiful spot was only 45 mins from Melbourne! We’re thinking of making this a regular group trip, we had that good of a time!

My partner and I had the most lovely experience at the blackwood. We were in much need of a relaxing getaway and this estate provided just that. The fireplace and the bathtub are definitely standouts about the house and it have just about everything to ensure some alone time with each other. The town was great as well and Justin and Guy were both amazing with their recommendations and made us feel right at home. Would recommend to anyone!!
