Clean place and accessible

I booked Pauline's place, for my cousin and her family who we're displaced during the reception Kristine typhoon, Pauline's place is one of the few not affected by the flooding. The owner is very responsive to all my queries and was able to request for an extension of stay for my cousin. It was also a blessing for my cousin because the unit has 'mini groceries' which sustained their food for 2 days. Thank you Pauline for accomodating my last minute booking! my cousin said when they saw the shower and the bed it was a piece of heaven for them.... and the groceries too!

Good place! Good value for money. Location is central with a short walk to center. You have everything you need near by. Internet is working well and no concerns. The only drawback is that the house becomes very hot and humid. There is a AC in the bedroom so its fine to sleep. But rest of house is very hot even though there is fans available. Depending on your tolerance its something to consider. Host is good and reliable so no concerns whatsoever.

Stay was great, the house caretaker was very friendly and knowledgeable.

5/5 - Responsive and helpful host. Spacious balcony. The only semi-negative that I saw was that the floor drainage in the bathroom had a sort of clogging (not draining fast), but that doesn't warrant a less than 5 rating because everything else is superb, clean, orderly, complete and worth it.

The place is clean and quite with free breakfast so no need to worry for what to eat once we get up in the morning to prepare for our event/itenirary. near the market and accessible for means of transportation.

Fantastic place to stay, Beautiful garden area and Jerilyn the caretaker was so helpful and will prepare anything for you. We really enjoyed our 11 nights.
