Condo vacation rentals in City of Gold Coast

Cristal’s apartment was absolutely beautiful and we had the best stay! The place was modern, bright, pristine and we felt right at home. We also loved how spacious the apartment was. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach, bus stop and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. We also loved hearing birdsong and seeing the lorikeets in the trees next to the apartment - one morning a lorikeet even flew onto the table on the balcony to say hello! Cristal also left us some short bread and chocolates which went down a treat, we really appreciated this and it was very thoughtful! We were so sad to leave the apartment but we would definitely recommend it as we had such an amazing time here.

We found Palma 1 perfect for our needs, as a home away from home for a quiet couple. Such a relief to arrive and find a beautifully appointed light and airy unit with everything we needed for a 9 night stay, including kitchen and amenities and close to supermarkets to cook in and not have to eat out the entire stay. Modern and clean bathroom/laundry and kitchen, nice sized tv, and private courtyard, with aircon and fans in both rooms, easy off-street parking and flat access to unit, not to mention the short drive to Broadbeach along the esplanade.. we look forward to being able to stay again when next headed to the Gold Coast!

We celebrated our honeymoon in Xiaoyan's condo. The view was spectacular and the condo had everything we needed. Perfect location, central to everything. Located on a high floor with views that took your breathe away. Xiaoyan was quick to respond and explained directions for check in with great detail.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to centre of Surfers Paradise (Cavill Ave). Nicely renovated space, beautiful views and outlook onto the canal. Will definitely come back.

Katherines place was beautiful…it’s right at the beach and has everything you need if you want to stay for the holidays and spend most of the time at the beach. Katherine was really responsive and very friendly! We had some problems with the wifi the first day and she contacted the company instantly to fix it! Would definitely recommend!

I had a great stay here! Very close to the beach, strip of shops and the host had absolutely amazing communication & recommendations. I couldn’t recommend this stay more, it was amazing!!

We ( family of 4 from the uk )stayed for a week over New Years , excellent location just one road away from the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. Great views from the balcony, lovely relaxing indoors with the air-con, washing machine, dryer. The host is very responsive, check in and check out was easy .We had the best time !!!

This is the most beautiful apartment. The photos don’t do it justice. We felt right at home and never wanted to leave. The hosts are so lovely, helpful and responsive. The place has amazing beach views, is so close to everything, comes with great local recommendations and the most ridiculously amazing rooftop deck. A must stay! We will be back. Our stay was amazing ! We booked late due to being messed about by another air bnb host and Tony accepted us almost instantly and gave us instructions on how to get the key to check in ! We couldn’t find the code we needed and called the number and was neared first time ! Amazing communication nice and responsive ! The place itself is immaculate has Everything you need , great location , great views and makes you feel at home ! Saved mine and my partners trip to surfers paradise !

A single Dad travelling with his 15 year old son and stayed at Johnny's Beachside apartment for eight nights. The space was perfect for us. The room was clean, comfortable and felt fresh and modern despite being in an older building, a testament to the care Johnny has put into creating it. The location was just about perfect - close enough to the action of Surfers Paradise but overlooking the more peaceful end to the North. Beds were clean and comfortable. My Teenage son slept on the Sofa bed and reported that it felt like sleeping in a real bed. The big screen TV is also a handy inclusion for the inevitable Gold Coast night where it is just too rainy to go out. Fortunately we had just one of those. What we will both miss the most though is the pair of Lorikeet friends who joined us each morning for breakfast and sang for us from the Window railing. Thankyou Johnny for a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Nice place and great location right across from Kirra Beach. Easy check-in and close to restaurants / cafe’s.

We had an amazing stay at Leah’s apartment. It’s in the heart of surfers paradise, so easy to walk around. The apartment had everything you possibly need and more, we were very happy with the overall aesthetic of the place and how cosy and beautiful it was. The facilities on site were great, we chilled in the pool, used gym and a sauna and played tennis. highly recommend! Many thanks for hosting us

The following what we found we enjoyed: # Awesome location with many restaurants with different cuisines to choose from. # Nearby a bottle store to stock up beer and wine. # Walking distance to the surfer's paradise beach. # We had a rental car and offered secured and easy access underground car park. # The host's place spacious with all the items we needed, tidy and strong air con, plus sofa bed and bedroom bed were comfy. # Big screen TV that can watch YouTube and Netfix, my 5 years old son enjoyed YouTube at nighttime. # Premises has a swimming pool and a spa and bummer that if the weather was a bit hotter then we certainly will enjoy the swimming pool a lot. # Not far to the supermarket to stock up groceries. # Short walking distance to tram station. # There is a BBQ at the balcony, pity we did not get a chance to use it. Anyway hope can return and stay at this place again soon! This place is highly recommended! Trust me!

Fantastic place to stay. Great view on the balcony andreally close to a tram station. However it's really hot in the bedrooms during the day as there is only one air-con in the living room. And I don't know why that there are so many mirrors in the apartment.

We loved our stay! Stunning apartment, incredible location to the beach, and free parking. Great hosts, very responsive. The apartment is in a beautiful building, and was immaculate. We would 100% recommend and would love to return. There’s a bus stop straight outside and the Bam Bam cafe round the corner from the entrance.

We absolutely loved this apartment, perfect location, spacious and clean. We also made use of the swimming pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. Everything was perfect and I hope that we will be returning one day . Many thanks David.

We loved our stay at Anne’s apartment. Everything was clean and easy to use. It had everything we needed. The access to two pools was wonderful for us with small children. The location of the apartment was fantastic, steps to the beach and a short walk to Broadbeach restaurants. Anne was super helpful, she even allowed us to enter the apartment before the regular check-in time which was very kind. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone keen to visit the Gold Coast.
