Lovely stay at Laura’s house, comfortable and good facilities. A small problem was sorted quickly for us. Would recommend this place for any type of stay.

Tomoaki's house was perfect for our girls weekend. It was walkable from the station along the seafront, close to Turner Contemporary, and close to a number of good restaurants and cafes - the cafe right next door was fantastic for brunch and coffee. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

This house is wonderful. It is the perfect beach getaway. The rooms are all massive, the kitchen had loads of space. Took 2 mins to get to the beach. The best stay I’ve had.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place- there was a large group of us and we all said it was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at. It has a lovely fully equipped gym, a roomy and warm hot tub, spacious kitchen which was wonderful to cook a huge Christmas lunch, and a cosy living room to chill and watch movies. Lisa was a fantastic host who was always really responsive, helpful & very kind, and she even left us some Christmas treats and decorated with a Christmas tree 🎄 We couldn’t haven’t asked for a warmer host or house for our Christmas so we are so thankful & happy we chose to stay here! Thank you Lisa! We definitely would love to stay again!

We totally loved Sam’s place. It was ideal for our extended family 6 adults and 6 children! to enjoy a really happy festive Christmas. The property had everything we needed. Two fridges( one that was huge and could store all our Christmas food) a freezer and a fantastic oven range to cook on which was easy to use. The best supplied kitchen I have ever stayed in re: kitchen equipment and utensils. We would totally recommend spending time at this house. It felt warm and cosy from the moment we walked in. Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Lovely house with nice touches all over the place. Only downside, some of the beds (we found) were a bit hard.

What a great find. A lovely apartment, had everything we needed & some lovely extra touches (wine & chocolates!!!). Natalie was a great host, super easy to deal with & quick to respond. Apartment is conveniently located to explore Margate on foot. Free Parking no more than 10 minute walk away from the apartment. We had a lovely New Year’s break here. Thank you x

Harbour View is a lovely place to stay in Folkestone, central location for shops, pubs and restaurants. Good seafront walks. Tanya was a great host thank you x

We had a lovely few days stay in Richard’s flat. Perfect quiet beach location with a nice 15 min walk along the promenade into Margate. Really well equipped especially for families with kids- cot, highchair provided and games a plenty for the older children. We can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you!

What a wonderful winter stay. The apartment is situated right on the beachfront with wonderful views over the beach and pier. The apartment is large, beautifully decorated and furnished. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Deal - everything you need is on your doorstep. Deborah was also a very good host accommodating our needs. We look forward to staying here again hopefully this summer.

Great location and really peaceful. Lovely Seaview and a minutes walk to the beach. Lots to do within a 5 minute walk, restaurants and pubs yet so quiet when you are in the apartment. We walked to Ramsgate which was a nice walk and everywhere dog friendly. We would stay again.

what can I say!! open the door to be met by a lovely fresh clean smell and a well stocked and thoughtful hamper, fresh fruit bowl and loaf of bread on the table. Big tell in the lounge area. tv in other rooms, all with Internet. Fresh milk in the fridge. The host definitely has put a lot of thought in to this place. All the kitchen utensils you could shake a stick at. Rebecca was very responsive to a couple of questions I had which was great. all beds were extremely comfy. Best caravan we've stayed in by far. Can't wait to return.

Fantastic place. We’ve been three times now. Spacious comfortable flat, beautifully decorated. Great location with views of the sea. Kitchen with all the bits one might need in it. Comfortable beds, good walk-in shower and a bath. Short walk to a sea-filled bathing pool. We love it and hope to visit again.

Melody was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need. Melody prepared for our arrival and provided milk and coffee and the apartment was very cosy when we arrived on a foggy cold day. 10 mins walk to the town so situated very well. I would not hesitate to stay again and plan a trip in the summer as the apartment is close to the beach.

Really enjoyed our time at Kirsty's place. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment is very modern. The view was amazing and the balcony was very nice to sit out on. It's in a great location right beside the entrance to Ramsgate tunnels. Very much recommend and hope to return one day!

Spent the loveliest weekend Bexy’s place. Perfect location. Such a fun decorated apartment while feeling very homey and comfortable too. Would 100% recommend!
