Vacation rentals with a patio in City of Adelaide

We loved staying at Shell's place. It was exactly as described and is a great location. Close to coffee shops and restaurants (10 mins walk). The place was clean, tidy and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Wonderful view from balcony / windows, clean and pleasant unit at a convinient location. Pre equipped with all essential items, and also very easy to check in / check out. Slightly tight for 5 of us but was affordable and comfortable enough for 1 week stay. Highly recommend this place. Thanks.

Short weekend stay for sons wedding at Botanic Gardens, and reception nearby, ideal location for walking between these, and wandering to rundle mall, and rundle street restaurants. Aiir con was great for a hot weekend. Bedrooms and living area nice and spacious. Greenery on balcony gave a lovely feeling of privacy. Car park was handy.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and in the perfect location. Bowden is a lovely suburb and the apartment is close to the local IGA as well as Plant 3 & 4 which have some great eateries. Walking distance to the free tram, all the way to the city and beyond. Vince was excellent to communicate with and was very helpful and understanding. The apartment had everything we needed as well as some extras. We stayed for 5 weeks and I was sad to have to leave! Thanks Vince, for a lovely stay.

Nice unit at the South end of Adelaide CBD. Great communication from the owner. It has everything you need for a short stay.

A very homely and comfortable place. We were a party of five adults and a 3 year old child, and we had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. A large dinning room was perfect for evening meals. Two bathrooms and a third toilet was really convenient. The garden/ terrace was gorgeous and relaxing. The location is great for walking to Melbourne Street and into Adelaide CBD along the river trail. We would certainly stay again.

The accommodation and the location were both brilliant. The house was spotless and charming. Best location. Cafes, restaurants, gardens, beautiful parklands and Adelaide market easy to walk to. l felt really comfortable and at home in Bella's house.

We had a fantastic stay at Janelle’s property. The photo’s and description were spot on. Brilliant location and the house was perfect for our family stay. Five stars. Yiorgo goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Any request was handled promptly and with positive outcomes. The townhouse is furnished to a standard not seen in most properties. The neighbourhood is very accessible with a free city circle bus outside the door. This property is definitely the best we have rented on this site. highly recommended.

we enjoyed staying at Amandas, the decor was comfortable and well appointed and we had everything we needed in kitchen. Town is approx 15-20 min walk, is close to the British and Lion 2 good hotels, and numerous coffeeshops. Also O'Connell street a short walk. we would stay again

Leonie and Ross went above and beyond for our stay accomodating any request we had including early check in and late check out due to our flight times as well as a phone charger and blender. Their air bnb was in a fantastic location and was very clean and nice inside. It also had great pool and sauna facilities. Will definitely be back :)

Great location, nice views of both ocean and Adelaide hills. Excellent cross breeze. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you needed for a stay. Parking was a snap and a great bonus being covered. Natalie is super friendly and very accommodating. Though we really did not need anything throughout our stay, she made sure to let us know she was there. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The living area was cozy, and I loved the natural light that filled the space. The location is fantastic! Mawson Lakes is a lovely area with great walking paths, parks, and easy access to shops and restaurants. Public transport is also nearby, making it convenient to explore the rest of the city. Michele’s hospitality truly made my stay special. She provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options, and she was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Spacious and clean apartment very close to the gardens and CBD. The couch and bed were super comfortable! The office space was very convenient and the kitchen was very well stocked. We'd definitely stay here again.
