beautiful place, very modern and well connected. the area is very quiet and just 5 minutes from sidi bou said and marsa la plage. i highly recommend it since for a family of 4/5 people it can be a perfect solution, also given the presence of two bathrooms (one a service room) eric was very helpful and this is definitely a plus. thanks again!

Filippo’s place is a downtown gem, great location, lots of nearby restaurants and attractions, it’s in the heart of the city, the terrace has a nice view and is very chill. I highly recommend and will visit again soon.

Excellent on all points. Accommodation in a popular neighborhood, quiet and very well maintained. Really close to all amenities, coffee, super market…. Great communication, the place is run by a lovely family. There's always someone there to respond to you.

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this apartment! Everything is spotless, especially thanks to the maid who does a remarkable job. The space is well-equipped, nothing is missing to feel at home. Sabrine is an amazing host: she responds to all my messages, no matter the time, and is always available to satisfy my requests. I highly recommend this listing and would not hesitate to come back. Omar such a professional host! The place was amazing, well located, clean and matched the pictures. Many coffee shops around and especially there’s a supermarket just next to the apartment! I will definitely come back!!

Great stay in Tunis. Central, need a taxi to major sites but only 15 min drive. Place was very clean, good WiFi, easy check in and check out and place had a nice small pool and gym. Communication was very quick and the place was very well equipped. :) thanks for making our stay in Tunis lovely

Super clean and well-maintained place. Bonus points are the gym, swimming pool, washing machine, bathtub, queen bed which is very comfortable and the fact that there were some hygiene products already on site. Neighborhood and secure residence with surveillance agents at the entrance. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the video explanations which were very clear. Recommended!
