We had a fantastic stay at this lovely accommodation near Split! The house was impeccably clean, and Davon (the host) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving a thoughtful welcome chocolate upon our arrival as well as welcoming in us in person. The location was ideal—just a 10-minute drive to the town center and a short 7-minute walk to the beach. The views were stunning, with the sea visible right from the apartment, adding to the charm of the stay. The apartment also had its own free parking space, which was incredibly convenient and a huge plus for those traveling by car. Everything was nicely maintained, and the property was very accessible. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay near Split.

The largest apartment we have stayed in. As the name suggests the view of Split is great. Vina allowed us to check in in the morning which was very helpful for us and she met us at the door and gave great instructions about the apartment. We had one problem in the bathroom which Vina got fixed quickly. The apartment itself is spacious and really well equipped with all you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Within walking distance of the railway and bus stations and ferries with a handy shortcut across the railway tracks. The old town and restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

What a lovely studio apartment. The location is great close enough to walk to the Old Town in about 5 minutes, and far enough away to feel peaceful. Also very close to a sand beach. The apartment is small, but as a solo traveller it was perfect for me. Small kitchen with a fridge, hob, microwave and all the utensils you could need. Comfortable double bed. And a glorious balcony with a table and chairs to sit and relax. Nikolina was a very attentive host, met me at the property and had left me some water, juice and a lovely bottle of Croatian white wine. If I ever return to Split, I would absolutely stay at this apartment again! Thanks Nikolina!

Excellent location for beaches and all activities. No car needed for everything in Omiš. Host Nataša was really excellent in comms at all stages, helped source taxis for us and very knowledgeable with lots of useful tips and things to do. Apartment clean, excellent internet, everything you needed. Thank you for a great short holiday.

Dorde is a nice person who received us very well. Impeccable accommodation and good location for a stay without a vehicle. We had a lovely stay.

We spent 14 wonderful quiet and relaxing days on Brac. Ana and Goran's apartment was a very nice starting point for discovering the island to which we were always very happy to return in the evening. In advance, Ana and Goran provided us with a lot of tips for our stay, but we could not all perceive them. There were several reasons for this. We had hoped for beach weather with warm water for mid-October and would not be disappointed. We had the beaches almost to ourselves due to the advanced season. We enjoyed this tranquility on the beaches and the beautiful weather. However, the small downside of the tranquility was that the bars on the beaches were all closed and also many restaurants in the places were already closed. But there was still plenty of choice and then we had Ana and Goran's very well-equipped kitchen. The suburb contact Gianni is very personable and helpful.

The place was great in a good location if you want to have a peaceful and quiet stay while being able to reach anywhere around the city and islands. The beach close by is very peaceful and perfect for a morning swim. Would 100% recommend!

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

Tomislav was a great host. He was very responsive and willing to help with whatever question we had or with fixing anything that was below expectation. The only complaint that we have is that there were meant to be 2 additional “high quality” single beds to accommodate all the guests but they were actually air mattresses which would have been nice to know before. However, one of the two mattresses were popped by the previous guests and the team made sure to set up sheets on the couch to fit that extra person so we appreciate their effort.

This is a lovely, well kept property. The swimming pool is a good size and we really enjoyed that, along with the al Fresco kitchen and barbecue. The place was all particularly clean on arrival and was easy to find. The location is good with the waterfront at Kastel Stari being a few minutes drive down the hill. Being next to the train line is no issue trains are quite infrequent and didn't disturb us at all.

An awesome villa - great size, spacious living areas, a gym and games room downstairs and a large pool. We loved it. Although it’s a fair distance away from the centre of Split getting an Uber was very easy and cost about €26. Darko was brilliant, very attentive and brought round food which was incredibly generous and exceptionally well made. We loved our time there

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

We shared this space with 2 families (9 people in total). We were in town for a wedding. The space was great, big enough for everyone, and also we used it to dress and do hair and makeup for the wedding party. Antonia was very accessible and easy to work with, and accomodating.

This is a lovely place to spend time while in Split. The home has a beautiful outdoor space with an amazing view. We enjoyed the easy access to the trails of Marjan from the front door. The hosts are very communicative and gracious. Thank you!

Fantastic host. Very attentive, proactive with suggestions and knows what he is doing to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay! The city itself (where most of the tourists are) is 20minutes drive away. Bolt app made it easy to go and have some drinks and not too expensive (around 25 EUR but bolt do a 50% off discount for first ride, so my girlfriend and I did one trip each to save money) Dependent on how much you want to go out of the villa would depend if a car is necessary. a shop within 10min walking distance, others a bit further of a walk so again our car hire was useful here. Got us Pizza on the first night, suggested restaurants for other nights too.
