Very nice accomodation. Near the subway stations and convenience stores. The host is responsive and kind. We asked if we can stay a little longer since our flight is in the evening and they let us stay w/o additional fee.. Will definitely book here again on our next Osaka trip ❤️❤️❤️

Good place, great location near the aquarium, shopping mall and train station. Would stay here again if I was in Osaka.

I have no complaints about this place. The staff was friendly and they were constantly tidying the place.

I arrived about 30 minutes before check in and Ken wasn't available at the time. Thankfully, there was a restaurant nearby (Ishenden) and I took a quick lunch there before checking in. Afterwards I was able to acquire my roomkey and drop my luggage into the room. The room itself as well as the public sink/bathroom are very clean and well kept. The bathroom is located on the 1st floor and is also very nice. Only difficulty I had was walking up the stairs to the 3rd floor after a long day of shopping, as there is no elevator. Overall, great experience for a low cost :)

I ended up wanting to spend more time at the hostel. A lot of interesting notes in interesting places 🤣

La passé super , the owner speaks English , what I liked is that there was a Spanish speaking person in the place working that helped me a lot , I would stay here again in the future

Staff were always friendly and hard workers who helped with any queries. Loads of arty things by community as well as Kanayo both inside and the garden out the back. Good place to leave unwanted clothing and/or buy secondhand clothing at a very reasonable price. A lot is given back to the local community. Strongly recommend staying here. Thanks so much for the great stay. Hope to return again when travelling to Kyoto next time. Diane

Way better in real life than in photos

The host is so extremely kind. I injured my foot, and the host helped me with using products to reduce the swelling, as well as asking me if I needed anything. He was always available and super friendly. He would also greet me when I went out and say welcome home when I came back. I felt really safe and would definitely stay again.😊

it was a great value place to stay. my kids and I really loved the place. Excellent communication and wonderful staff with great hospitality. They always responded messages very quick. we will definitely stay U-en again next time.

It was a good thing that I was able to find this accommodation. You definitely get what you paid for. The neighborhood is peaceful, and train stations are accessible from the place. Moreover, Ken was kind enough to lend me a jacket since I forgot mine at home. It didn't feel lonely also since Miao (the cat) will accompany you outside your room and in the lobby. Thank you for having me here.

I stayed here for a few days and it was the best choice I could make in Osaka, the host and staff are all super friendly and open to help. The beds are comfortable and the utilities are great. There’s not a single downside that I’ve noticed during my 4 day stay. If I’m ever back in Osaka I will 100% stay here again!

It is one stop away from USJ and it is super convenient!It was clean and hygienic!There is also a dedicated female shower, safe and reassuring!

Cozy, clean, great location on a quiet street but an easy walk to the station and many shops and restaurants. I had a wonderful time at this guesthouse. Inkwan is welcoming and friendly, with a lot of recommendations and tips to give, and I enjoyed our chats very much. I stayed for over a week and had everything I could have needed. I look forward to staying again!

Small but comfortable room.Bathrooms and baths are shared and suitable for single backpackers.Great two shopkeepers.Transportation is also very convenient, there are two stations next to it (Zoo Mae and Shin-Imamiya), and the airport is directly accessible.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this guesthouse! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I also met so many amazing people during my stay—it truly felt like a community. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and by the end of my visit, I didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax, meet great people, and feel like you’re at home, this is definitely the spot! Highly recommend!

It was only a short one night and it was cheap with a separate locker and it was a bit of a distance from the MRT but it was still convenient.At night due to the tracks above, some noise, not a very good sleep, but there are earplugs provided in the accommodation.All in all, good value for money.

I was worried because it was my first trip to Japan, but the hosts were friendly, and the bedroom bathroom and other areas were so clean. Also, the location is great because it's right next to Ebisucho Station. I want to use it on my next trip to Osaka!

Will definitely stay here again. 5mins walk to Osaka Loop line. Staff are friendly and approachable. Clean and tidy place.
