Dori's place was lovely. There is a nice park very close to walk your dog and I felt very safe at Dori's. You can walk to Pine Street where you will find restaurants. I highly recommend Dori's place.

I can't say enough good things about Steve and MacCall's place! The hosts were extremely responsive and went above and beyond. It is convenient and thoughtfully laid out with tasteful furnishings and considerate touches. The sofa and tv layout is a perfect cozy setup, with dimmer lights in the living room, and the bedding is so comfortable. I especially liked that there were separate wall units and remote controls for heating in the bedroom vs the living room. The neighborhood is peaceful and it was a great spot to relax. I hope to stay here again!

Lisa's place was perfect for the weekend and she was a thoughtful and responsive host! She was very flexible with our check in time and knew that we'd be arriving late so she turned on the lights and heat for us so that it was easy to find and cozy when we arrived. We'd definitely stay there again if we are back in the area!

I cannot say enough great things about Joanne and Greg and the beautiful space they have created. Pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was a much needed get away. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Fantastic stay, we stayed with 6 people and slept very comfortably! We really appreciated how the space was clean and was not filled with artificial smells! Great place to stay for those with allergies, would definitely stay again! Very walkable to church street!

Catherine was super friendly! She greeted us upon arrival which made us feel so welcomed. She lives right next door which was nice to know and was very communicative. The cottage is private and cozy. A great place for pups! As recommended by her sister, I woke up bright and early to see the sunset and it was my favorite part of our stay. It’s definitely the place to go if you’re looking to flee the city and loud noise. We got to see the lunar moon while we were there too! You can tell Catherine put a lot of detail into her cottage and it was lovely. All in all, a great time.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property! The outdoor shower was really relaxing and fun to try. The bed was comfortable with great linens. We enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood and had a great meal at one of the recommended restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay again!

My family stayed in one of the apartments in the house of Follow your Heart Farm during a January ski vacation. It was *wonderful* - the perfect place for us. The house and the property are comfortable and beautiful, inside and out, in a way that is not accidental; it's the result of a hundred little, thoughtful, touches. The house has a beautiful, huge "Great Room" that is a common space shared between two apartments. (We were the only ones there at the time). It has a ping pong table, huge fireplace, comfy couches, big dining table, and more. The apartment itself was comfortable and cozy. The house was perfectly situated for our ski vacation. It's very convenient to Smuggler's Notch, but also very close to a wide variety of really excellent dining, from great hamburger joints to delicious Thai and Nepali food a few miles away. And there's a great little supermarket in Jericho with everything we could ask for when we wanted to cook at home. It's a perfect place; we'll come again.

Lost track of how many trips to Burlington I have been spent at Tammie’s, but it’s a joy every time! Tammie is incredibly friendly and kind!

This is a wonderful place to stay: spacious, bright, and immaculately clean. We loved the location in the midst of the countryside yet close to inviting small towns and the city of Burlington. Nearby Raven Ridge is a great hike with some stunning views. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Exactly as described - peaceful unit overlooking a beach on Lake Champlain. Short drive to area restaurants and about a 15-minute drive to the waterfront park area of Burlington. We loved the unobstructed view of mountains across the lake.

Was a truly wonderful time here, veey centrally located by car to get to Burlington, Waterbury, Montpelier and Stowe. Plenty to do for either the outdoors and things like markets and food, breweries, distilleries, etc. And exceptionally pet friendly - all of our cats had a wondeful time exploring the spiral staircase and the windows. Couldn't have asked for a better host and our only regret was leaving when we wish we could have stayed longer. Hoping to visit again in a different season!

Ed and Tina are extraordinary hosts! Friendly, chill, informative, responsive, and welcoming. The accommodations are lovely. Several cozy cabins accompany a central common area. The cabins have comfortable beds with tons of blankets & efficient heaters in the cooler months. Extremely clean as well; Ed put in extra effort here just as I was arriving. The common area has everything you need: kitchen, table, chairs, sofa, bathroom, and (continuing the trend) warmth in the cooler months. The whole place is quiet and lovely with virtually no light pollution at night. Also, it's a short drive to St Albans, which has plenty of great restaurants. I highly recommend The Drake and Kaiju Kitchen! If you stay here during the cooler months, I recommend good socks, joggers, and a stretchy long sleeve shirt to sleep in. The cabin beds are plenty warm with all the covers and the space heater; the warm clothes make getting up that much easier. All in all, a refreshing stay :) Will come again!

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay at the Carriage House on Debora's property. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable and perfect for the getaway we needed. We loved the barn feel and beautiful surrounding views. It snowed while we were there and Debora and her husband cleared the snow immediately in the driveway we entered as well as the walkway to the Carriage house and where our car was parked. Debora was very responsive from time of booking. There was a hand written welcome note when we arrived which was a nice touch. The power went out one night but, Debora provided us with what we needed until it returned. The sauna was also a bonus and we enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

It was all very nice for us two adults, mother and grown up daughter. Great location. Kitchen was nicely equipped and we cooked most of our meals in the cottage and treated my other daughter and husband and baby to some nice quiet evenings in the cottage. Highly recommend!

Rachel’s guesthouse is the perfect getaway spot. She’s thought through every detail to provide you with the essentials during your stay. The space is clean, neat and cozy. And the property is beautiful - get ready for some gorgeous views, especially at sunset. This was our second stay and we’ll definitely be back!

My stay here was fantastic. I hope to come back someday in the future to see the fireflies in the summer. Ed is a kind, upbeat and generous person who made me feel very safe, even as a solo female traveler. I met some of the guests that stayed there that were very friendly and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend giving this hidden gem a stay if you can. It is quaint and cozy and a great place for a peaceful retreat. I’m grateful for my experience here at the firefly farms!
