Great place, good location, good space, bigger than the photos, good price

The hosts are really welcoming, the block is gorgeous. Very clean, neat and safe. Parking places are sufficient. It's the 4th time I check in with them, the rest of the reservations were made by my husband. We stayed in 4 different rooms over time and in all we found impeccable cleanliness, quality sheets, clean towels, iron, hair dryer and more. The beds are comfortable and large, the rooms are very spacious. In addition, the pizzeria downstairs has very good food. I traveled alone this time and felt completely safe in this place. I will come back every time I arrive in Chisinau.

Andrei is a godsend for me! Super responsive ,met us at 6am, whichis very important and checked in. The apartment is very cozy,nice neighborhood, everything as described,I was pleasantly surprised!!! I will definitely go back there when the time comes!!! I highly recommend if you need on Botany in 5 minutes from Teramed!!! Supermarkets ,cafes,pharmacies even have a gym and swimming pool nearby!!! Thankss sm 🙏

We truly loved the location, great view of the Central park from the window, lot's of nice Cafés and restaurants around, we almost didn't need transportation. Rafael is a great host, very welcoming, he helped us a number of times and responded very quickly. Thanks a lot!

very cozy apartment, will be happy to come again

Everything went great, everything corresponded to the description and photos, the apartment is quite large, everything is in the kitchen, a very quiet courtyard, the fifth there is a small store that has all the essentials for cooking. I liked everything, I recommend it! It's hard to find a good place to stay for this price list!

Comfortable, quiet apt in the most central point you could stay. Didn’t face any inconveniences during accommodation, the feedback from the host was fast and smooth. Enjoy your stay.

Good apartment and friendly host

We had a wonderful time in the apartment! Ivan always responded very fast, and was very friendly and helpful. He even made an extra key for us, since we would be living in the apartment for 2,5 months. The only thing to double check would be the price; the day after we contacted George to ask if we could rent the apartment for almost 3 months, we saw that the price had been increased by almost 400 euros for this period. When we asked him about it, he immediately changed it back, and then we booked the apartment. Everything else was great; Ivan was very flexible for the check-in and check-out and the building is very close to the city center and to nice coffee bars and cocktail bars.

All our communication went through Ludmila’s daughter - Olga and she was always very responsive and accommodating. The apartment we booked got flooded a week before our check-in and Olga was able to check us into another apartment that was in a different part of town but it was equally new and beautiful like the one we booked. It was very clean with state of the art appliances - I personally fell in love with the amazing smart stove that boiled water in an instant! The apartment is tastefully decorated in a simplistic modern fashion. Internet was fast and we were able to connect our Netflix account on the smart TV. Whenever we needed anything Olga provided it within 24 hours. Our children loved the huge private playground out front! We were very pleased with our stay and are confidently recommending Ludmila’s properties. We will be back in the future! Thank you, Olga!

An apartment that is both nice and spacious, with two large and comfortable beds. Within 2 minutes of walking, you can find numerous restaurants (McDonald's, KFC, and others) and shops. Very good relationship with our host, Diana!

The apartment is cozy, warm, has everything you need for a long stay, located near a large park. Shops, restaurants, cafes, are nearby 5-10 walking distance. Convenient transport links, easy to get to the city center. Polite hosts.
