Reach the property, remove your shoes and walk around. Tha grass is prickly but feels great throughout the day. At any point of the day there is a part of the lawn which has shade so, you can lounge outside the whole day either on the lawn or in the chairs. Proximity to the the city and other locations is 10 to 15 kms but the drive is wonderful. Staff is helpful, food while there are rave reviews we were not overwhelmed. But it is home cooked, so no colours, no boating of the stomach. It serves the purpose well. Other than the lawn the other highlight was barbecue. We felt the pricing could have been a little cheaper but nevertheless it was great to sit outside barbecue and have a drink. Travelled with wife and my 4 year old. Overall a great place, everything you need is there smart tv, bar counter, great bedroom, etc. 5 stars for the place and experience.

Nice bunglow with all essential amenities and calm location. Beach is just 5 mins walk. The place is maintained very well. The caretakers are very kind and cooperative, with homely touch. Food is also good. In all, its best place to stay if you are a group of 10-12 people.

We had a great stay at NeelMohar. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location.Views are Amazing. Nilam was great at communicating with us, very welcoming and checked we were OK during our stay. Check-in instructions, directions, house amenities info were super detailed and helpful. Kitchen was fully equipped with all essentials in order. And Food made by local cook was very tasty. Thank you Nilam for making us feel right at home. We will surely visit again and will recommend this place to our friends.

The property is situated at a nice and beautiful location. The caretaker (Mahesh) and his wife make sure that the guests have a hassle free and wonderful stay. Their commitment towards making the stay pleasurable is really commendable.

I had been at Utsav Villa with my friends and I really find it necessary to review this property who definitely deserve to be heard about by big masses of people looking for a perfect getaway to get indulge in a beauty of nature away from the hustle and chores of cities and work. Villa is very superbly built with two seperate twin bungalows attached with the likes of lush lawn on front side and a party pool at rear. It's located on top of a cliff above anjarle overlooking a sea. I really missed those sunsets I witnessed from terrace having a mug of coffee slowly sipping it as the sun progressed toward its horizon. We used to party till late night on a lawn and we were always found in pool. Talking about the villa internally it's well arranged with all necessary furniture and amenities. The hosts Mr. Sameer and Mr. Jayesh were very responsive and gentle. Not to forget the food we had at Petkar's Bhojnalaya at around 100m walking distance form the utsav villas.

The beautiful bungalow itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. It provided a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. We particularly appreciated the large windows, comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen. The private parking was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go as we pleased.

Beautiful self-contained flat on the second floor of an apartment building, about 2 km from Ganpatipule city center and Ganpatipule temple. It comprises two bedrooms and a beautiful terrace offering pristine panoramic views of the surrounding hills, greenery, sea, sunrise, and sunset. Immaculately clean and well-maintained, it is equipped with a small kitchenette. Food can be ordered from the ground-floor canteen, though with limited choices and requiring advance orders. Overall, a very beautiful and well-maintained place to stay, offering complete calmness away from the hustle and bustle. The host is responsive and ensures hassle-free access and stay, through the caretaker.
