Outstanding location. Great place for family of 4. Suitable for elderly. 2 bathrooms was fabulous. The view over the port was fantastic. We loved seeing the ferries arrive and depart. Kitchen was well Equipped. Easy access to great restaurants, walk along the port and the shops. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay satisfied us beyond our expectations, on the one hand by the location of the apartment overlooking this small bay bathed in sunshine where there is calm conducive to rest and contemplation and on the other hand thanks to the history of this island which has lived and still lives from the production of the "mastika", and which gives this place a particular historical dimension. The population is incredibly kind and available (undoubtedly due to the end of the tourist season). This is an invaluable bonus as you can truly soak up the soul of the island. And then there are these beaches nestled in coves of incredible beauty and the water still fresh for this end of October. The local gastronomy is also at the height of all the above with homemade cuisine and full of flavors. Many thanks to Diane for her responsiveness and great advice.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Super friendly. Felt like family. Easy check in and out. He understood I took ferry allowed early check in late check out. Just a great host. If I ever visit Xios again I will definitely look up his location again.

we felt like we were at home, everything was very comfortable, Tugce Hanjm was very friendly, we did not have any strangers, only the flushes sometimes did not work, it was necessary to wait a little, but it was not very uncomfortable

Stelios is a very nice host. The garden of the house is very peaceful. Very clean, tidy and everything in a house. It's quiet, calm and peaceful. You can walk to the city center. Parking is not a problem if you go by car Stelios was very helpful and guiding. I would like to thank him again. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying.
