The apartment is like in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and very well-organized. The extra blankets in the closet were a big help during the chilly nights. Leonardo and Ms. América, who takes care of the house, were incredibly attentive and kind. The rooftop terrace on the top floor is amazing, and on sunny days, you can enjoy a coffee while admiring the volcanoes surrounding the city. The kitchen is very convenient and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and prepare meals. For those looking to relax and not just explore the city all day, the apartment truly feels like home. The distance from the city center isn’t bad at all, and after walking it once or twice, you start to discover charming little spots along the way and in the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

The bed was comfortavle and the space was a good size for two people. It is a mezzanine so there is no separate bedroom, but it is well done. The location is great for anything in Antigua, very close to a good bakery and supermarket, as well as the main market. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

What a great place and a wonderful stay. I'll start with the house itself. It is located in a small condominio with a pool. The kitchen is wonderful, nice pots and pans, anything you could possibly need to cook, including the normal appliances. What's more, it even has a dishwasher, which is not that common in Guatemala. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the house, so no need to send out laundry. It really feels like someone actually lives here and isn't just amassing properties to rent out. The rooms and beds are comfortable, nice linens and blankets. The couches are comfortable and the TV in the living room is setup on a swing arm, so you can all watch at the same time, whether you are at the dining room table or the couches. What I really enjoyed though was the dedicated office space. It has a nice desk and chair, fast internet (which is usable in the entire house), and good lighting. What's more, it's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the Mercado Central - my favorite place

Was in Antigua for a week for a wedding with 3 kids (5, 7, 20). Place was great! Plenty of space, quiet and private. Kitchen was great. easy to get groceries and make some meals. Didn't take advantage of all of the amenities (think local making authentic meal for you in your own kitchen), but wish we had. Easy to walk most anywhere in Antigua. The place was beautiful. Great plants in the courtyard. Would 100% stay again!

The condo is in a private gated community 10 min drive from the center of Antigua. It is beautifully maintained inside and out. We loved the backyard area and balconies from the bedrooms. The view of the volcano is breathtaking! Everything was comfortable and the communication with Byron the host was very good. On a couple of occasions we had limited water coming from the faucets but we were ok using bottled and filtered water on those occasions. Showers were never a problem. I would definitely come back!

The location is excellent, although it is not in the center of old, it is in a colony of much prestige, in addition to being close to the Telares shopping center, the house is very well furnished and although it only has one parking lot, it has space to leave two cars outside.

Had another stay at his place because I couldn’t leave Antigua just like that and I was hoping to stay at timos place again because honestly it the perfect oasis

Great house and amenities. My family and I were very comfortable and spent a few days relaxing in their casita. Host Gaby's attention was very pleasant and responded quickly to all our inquiries as well as being clear in the instructions. Without a doubt, we had a great time and look forward to coming back soon. Location is great too 👍🏻 Very grateful for those days at this lovely stay.

Jorges place was beautiful, and private. We felt safe. Location was perfect close to everything in Antigua.

Amazing and very responsive host. When I had questions or requests they were answered in less than three minutes. Location is perfect for those looking for a quite neighborhood but walking distance of central park. Apartment very clean with all the accesories and amenities listed. Good security around the residencial area.

We chose Angelita's apartment, because we thought it was a reasonable price and it looked very cozy in the photos. Our stay was super comfortable, the place was very clean, new with very nice details, even though in Alotenango it is 15-20 minutes away by car for Antigua, we rated it as a good place to spend the weekend. It has a lovely view from the back garden of the volcanoes!

Lovely place we are definitely going back soon. We had never been to Cerveceria 14 highly recommended it is only 4 min away from the property. The place is clean and very comfortable. Just so you all know the pool is closed on Monday’s so keep that in mind. Our host was very attentive and always responded within minutes.
