The Terrace Overlooking the Sea[1 private parking]

There are only 25 steps separating the apartment from the sea. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a much reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

Winter at Tigullio Rocks

It's a studio in Tigullio Rocks, very close to the sea. It almost feels like you can touch it, and at night you can hear the sound of waves. Chiavari and Zoagli are at your doorstep. To date (September 28, 2024) of extraordinary maintenance work does not allow you to go down with our cable car to our private beach and use the pool.
