Amazing place to stay, location could not be better, close to shops, cafes and the nearest beach is like a 10 minute walk. Had a wonderful time there, thanks to the great air conditioning as well (in every room!!). Massimo is a superb host, always comes back with an answer literally within minutes. Could not have been happier with the place!

We had a wonderful time at the Olive Press Lodge - unfortunately too short. The property is so beautiful and lovingly maintained, we were happy to come "home" every evening. We were received very kindly and openly by Thomas and he always had an open ear in the days that followed, had valuable tips and was helpful - in a pleasant, unobtrusive way. We appreciated that they lived next door, we felt at home and welcome. The house itself has everything you need, you can immediately feel comfortable and at home. We also had rainy days and enjoyed that it is so spacious and so cozy inside. The olive groves around it and the beautiful garden, which, like everything, is lovingly designed and maintained down to the last detail, complete the whole thing wonderfully. For us, it was all around perfect and I highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful time!

Cristina personally welcomed us, showed us the house and gave us tips for the area. She also organized a small breakfast for us, so we didn't have to go shopping right after arrival. The house is just outside Levanto, but by car you can reach the train station in 5 minutes, the parking card was very helpful. The garden is completely fenced, which was great for our dog. The house has everything you need. We highly recommend it.

The house is wonderfully made for a perfect getaway. There is everything, down to the smallest details, such as clothes pegs. The bed is great, the fridge is also equipped with a freezer compartment. The terrace and garden are a dream. It is best to come with a small, agile car. The driveway and the streets of the area are not easy to drive on.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house with a lovely garden and balcony. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is great, just a short walk from the town center, which made it easy to explore. The only challenge we faced was finding parking, but other than that, everything was great. Highly recommend!

We only have one week of vacation each year so we're looking for a rare gem. The whole family (53, 50, 23, 17 years old and a golden retriever) returned fully satisfied with their stay at Paolo's. Beautiful and unobstructed view! There are plenty of pretty villages nearby (Recco, Camogli, Santa Margherita, Portofino, Monterosso, Manarola..)! The quality of the sea water is superb. A dog-friendly beach area in Lavagna. A garden area for dogs in Camogli. The air conditioning works very well. Paolo is a very attentive host. He is very responsive to every request. As a good connoisseur of his region, he gives you the information that only a native can tell you (lots of small cross paths between the houses from the square at the bottom of the private property, including one that makes a loop for walking the dog). We highly recommend it!

Five-star guests, just like space. Always available for any question and an out-of-the-ordinary sympathy. The location cannot be better: 1 minute walk from the center but in a beautiful building and in a beautiful and quiet place. Near the station and ideal place to base the visits to Cinque Terre. The house was full of details that made us feel good and the kitchen well filled with the precise and much more, including water, drinks, olive oil, salt, paste and even pesto. It couldn't be better.

I stayed at Carolina's beautiful place last weekend with my partner and little chihuahua. Although the weather was not particularly favorable, the stay was still wonderful, thanks to the romantic atmosphere in the apartment. Carolina was thoughtful and punctual, she welcomed us with great warmth and made us feel at home right away. The photos perfectly reflect the qualities of the accommodation, its functionality and the good taste and attention to detail of the landlady. Surely when we return to Genoa we will still choose Carolina's apartment to fully enjoy the beautiful rooftop terrace with a view of the city and the Old Port.

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

We felt very comfortable here. The apartment is large and equipped with anything one could need. Even socket adapters for devices from Germany were available. The apartment is in the center of a small village, so you can experience real life. We really liked that. The parking situation in the village is difficult, so the private parking space in a parking garage is worth gold 150m away. With big cars you have to maneuver a little more, but it works. Hosting is very friendly and helpful. They proactively and thoroughly inform about arrival, check-in and excursion options and respond immediately when contacted. When someone parked in our parking lot, they literally had a solution within seconds. All in all, it was a successful stay, which we were able to enjoy very much thanks to the apartment and the host. I'm sure we'll be back.

Impeccable accommodation, very kind host! Absolutely recommended for those who want to visit Genoa while staying in a quiet area but still convenient to reach! For those with children there are 2 public parks in the immediate vicinity and you can walk and reach the waterfront in 10 minutes!

We have stayed at many Airbnb locations over the years in many countries but we have never experienced such a warm and thoughtful welcome by a host. Stefano deserves all the kind words expressed by others who have had the wonderful opportunity to stay at his flat in Riomaggiore. The apartment was just as advertised, spotlessly clean, and the view was amazing. In addition, Stefano made sure that the refrigerator and pantry were well-stocked. Located just steps, literally, from the train station, the flat provided an excellent jumping off point for hiking throughout the Cinque Terra and beyond. An excellent host and a beautiful part of Italy to explore. Long hikes during the day also enables one to rationalize some fairly amazing meals of the local specialities at night.

My family of six and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Guido’s apartment in La Spezia! It was comfortable and housed all six of our family members well. The only drawback we had was that the water heater runs out of water really fast. So we had to rush out showers or space them out substantially. The bathroom could use some improvement but overall it was functional. The apartment has a great design and look. The stairs to the loft are steep and require caution when traversing. Other than that, it was a great location that allowed us to experience the beauty of La Spezia. Guido was also kind enough to let us check in early.
