Amazing place to stay, location could not be better, close to shops, cafes and the nearest beach is like a 10 minute walk. Had a wonderful time there, thanks to the great air conditioning as well (in every room!!). Massimo is a superb host, always comes back with an answer literally within minutes. Could not have been happier with the place!

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and explained to us the area and the sights. The house is very nicely located with a wonderful view over the countryside. It has everything you need and there is plenty of storage space. The details are thought out and tasteful. The lower bedroom is bright and spacious and the upper is super cozy. I especially want to praise the beds. The mattresses are comfortable and firm, the blankets were pleasantly warm (October and rain) the pillows narrow and firm. We slept very well and recovered very well. We saw various historical places in the area, the cinque terre, we were hiking in the area and the Alpe apuani. One day it rained, but you can also bear that well in this house. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Roberta's place! She was super friendly and helpful. The space was clean and cozy, with good private parking. Our dog loved it too! The homemade olive oil she makes was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Very good location (5 minutes by car or 15-20 minutes by foot from the train station, extremely quiet. Cristina is very accommodating and welcoming, a lot of attention from her on arrival (everything you need for breakfast, milk, butter, cakes, orange juice... ). She gave us a lot ofinfo about the 5 lands. Theapartment is well equipped, Cristina leaves a free parking card for the train station (we have always found space). This area is really beautiful. We recommend +++. Beware of mosquitoes!

The house is wonderfully made for a perfect holiday. It's all up to the smallest details, such as clothespins. The bed is great, the fridge is also equipped with a freezer. The terrace and the garden are a dream. It is best to come with a small, maneuverable car. The driveway and streets of the area are not easy to drive on.

We only have one week of vacation every year so we are looking for the rare pearl. The whole family (53, 50, 23, 17 and a golden retriever) came back fully satisfied with their stay at Paolo's. The view is beautiful and breathtaking! There are lots of pretty surrounding villages (Recco, Camogli, Santa Margherita,Portofino, Monterosso, Manarola..)! The quality of the sea water is superb. A dog beach area in Lavagna. A dog garden area in Camogli. The air conditioning works very well. Paolo is a thoughtful host. It is very responsive to every request. A good connoisseur of his region, he gives you the information that only a native can tell you (full of small cross paths between the houses from the square at the bottom of the private property including one that makes a loop for the dog's walk). We highly recommend!

Five-star guests, just like space. Always available for any question and an out-of-the-ordinary sympathy. The location cannot be better: 1 minute walk from the center but in a beautiful building and in a beautiful and quiet place. Near the station and ideal place to base the visits to Cinque Terre. The house was full of details that made us feel good and the kitchen well filled with the precise and much more, including water, drinks, olive oil, salt, paste and even pesto. It couldn't be better.

The apartment has positive and negative aspects. It is located in a very convenient location, really convenient for visiting the city. Nearby you will find two supermarkets and, right below, a bakery practically always open. The person who welcomed us gave us a lot of useful and valuable guidance. The apartment is clean and the bathroom spacious. However, it is good to know that the apartment is on the second floor and the stairs are steep and narrow, difficult for those with strollers, disabilities or heavy luggage. The only window overlooks the building in front of and above a professional kitchen, so it's impossible to keep it open and change air during kitchen work hours. The floor is a little sloping. But these are details that only weigh on if you spend time, if you only use it to sleep it is perfect.

Carolina's flat in Genoa is a beautiful place to stay in the port of the city. The apartment feels very homey and comfortable with amazing attention to detail. The location is also excellent with close proximity to the old town. Lastly, the bed was comfortable and the unit was spotless. Highly recommend!

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

Impeccable accommodation, very kind guest! Absolutely recommended for those who want to visit Genoa staying in a quiet but still convenient area to reach! For those with children there are 2 public parks in the immediate vicinity and you can walk and reach the waterfront in 10 minutes!

The location is great. Very easy access, super clean and has everything we need and is new. The communication and attention was excellent. The apartment is perfect for two adults and two children or 3 adults. The bed is very comfortable and the armchair is fine if they are children or small people. We were a very cold day and the heating was perfect too. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it

Spacious place and very clean . Host was very sweet and helpful . Parking was a bit tricky and the neighbors were a bit noisy at times . But we would still recommend bc the place was very nice !! Walkable shops and mall as well .

Spent a lovely few days at Irene’s place. Irene was a great host and accommodating with our late check in. The place was within easy reach of the train station and excellent for commuting to the other towns. I would highly recommend!!

A fantastic property in the heart of Genoa’s Porto Antico. A close walk to lots of bars/restaurants and it’s walkable to the cruise terminal too. Very spacious, exceptionally clean and great communication from the hosts! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Every glowing review is 100% true. From the moment Stefano met us at the train, everything about his place in Riomaggiore is delightful. The pride he has taken in remodeling his childhood vacation home is evident in this spacious and beautiful home. And the views are even better in person. He made us a dinner reservation on night 1, and had all kinds of helpful advice on what to do, where to go, and navigating the beautiful towns of Cinque Terre. He also stocked the kitchen with fresh fruit, amazing focaccia, VINO and Limoncello made from local lemons. We were in vacay heaven. Highly recommend and can only hope to return one day.

The stay was very pleasant! The house was clean, well furnished and really comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The host was helpful and friendly. Only small note: it would be useful to indicate the timing of hot water at the beginning, so as to help guests organize themselves better (this info is only available later). Other than that, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this house and hope to come back in the future
