John’s condo is spacious, very comfortable with high quality finishes throughout and superb views to the mountains from the large balcony. The condo is in a quiet and respected area at the heart of Nimman close to OneNimman, shopping, great coffee and food. John is a great host and we thoroughly recommend this place for short or long stays.

The apartment location is perfect. There are also plenty of towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc provided. This was a nice touch that set this place apart from other Airbnbs.

Joy’s place was absolutely beautiful. It felt like home away from home. Location was perfect in walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops along Nimman. Id definitely stay here again next time I find myself in Chiang Mai

Arthit was a great host and always responded quickly to my messages/questions. The apartment was clean and was as described. The location is central and you can walk a lot. I would rent the apartment again in a heartbeat.

I asked to do an early check in and Sylvia was so accommodating! She was very sweet and helpful! The place was clean! it is of the square, so you will have to watch 20 minutes or get a grab to take you to the popular spots. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Pla’s place was very cozy felt right like home. Our check in was easy and accommodating our late arrival. The location was perfect as it was near the markets, 7/11 atms salons and spas and had amazing views from the roof top. Must see if you’re a star gazer. Would recommend 10/10 and visit again. Thank you for being a great and responsive host.

Loved the apartment and the neighborhood. I booked for a month and didn’t regret as soon as I arrived. It’s very close to Maya shopping but a bit far from old town. But the red truck pass very close to the area. Bolt is not expensive either. Communication with the host was great! Always willing to help and answered fast. I worked online and the internet was great (they upgraded so I could work). If I come back to chiang Mai I will stay there again. I recommend it.

Great property and helpful host

My wife and I have stayed many places after 23 years of visiting Thailand together. Sometimes we stay in a nice hotel, sometimes we stay in a house. We enjoyed very much staying in this Condo. This Condo was perfect for us due to the location close to my wife’s family and the walkable area with good food. The Condo itself is wonderful … it feels more like home than a hotel. Which is what we were looking for. Satoko was very helpful and her place was as described.

Jorge’s apartment was perfect, well equipped and clean. Jorge communicated well and his suggestion that we visit the flower festival was appreciated, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The swimming pool is lovely but could do with more sun beds. This was one of the best apartments we have visited.

This was by far one of the best — if not best — AirBnB experiences I’ve ever had. The place, the neighborhood, the hosts all make for an incredible, magical Thai/Pai experience. Make sure to have tea with Nong, the local artist across the street and maybe invest in one of his beautiful pieces of art!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

We traveled with family and place is quiet and peaceful just the way we like it. Community is surrounded by lake inside which makes it even more beautiful! Our children enjoyed playing basketball inside the community. K. Peerasut is very kind and always checked about our well being! If you plan to come Ching Mai with family and children then this could be a right place where kids can enjoy and parents can shop or roam around the town. The house is perfect and equipped with all necessities and the last but not least, the place is fully secured. We will certainly revisit the town and same community/ house.

Rujira’s place was incredibly beautiful! Looked just like the photos. Great location, walkable, clean, beautiful views, easy check in/out process. The host was helpful and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!! The beds are quite firm, but that is to be expected in most Asian countries. I can’t wait to return in the future!

Lovely stay, with all amenities and things you’d need, in a house with friendly host. Appreciate the space and quietness. The surrounding neighbourhood is also private, quiet, safe, yet also super close to the bustling of markets, streets, and the old city. Totally recommend!
