We loved Stacie’s beautiful place! The location was perfect; so walkable and great restaurants, parks, and views. Incredibly restful and restorative for our getaway weekend! Would gladly return with our whole family.

My husband and I had the best “Staycation” at Matt’s Place… We currently live in VA. Beach and wanted to see what Richmond was about. We were not disappointed especially with this stay at Matt’s place. Check-in was SUPER easy. He even provided us with pictures starting from the front door on the street, up the stairs, down the hall and to the front door which made things super easy to navigate as it is a building with multiple loft apartments. This location was right on the corner of the busy city streets but still provided peace and privacy. Everything was in walking distance from night life to restaurants. The location was just perfect. The loft was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was well equipped with towels, body washes, wine glasses, spices and even those cool copper cups which I’ve always been a fan of! Checkout was very easy and simple with minimal things to do before you leave. We will definitely be booking with Matt again! Thank you for the great experience

Christian and Naomi’s place was so beautiful in a nice quiet location. They were extremely helpful durning my stay as we ran into a few problems they were there to help us! We did run into a few issues but my host still remained super respectful and understanding, I really appreciate them and thank you for letting me in your space!

Great spot to land in Richmond for a few days to explore. Comfortable and clean, has all you need to make a meal for yourself and/or table for 4. Brightly and tastefully decorated surroundings,, easy parking, eclectic neighborhood and a short drive or good walk to downtown/ church hill, etc

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s a beautiful home on a lovely street in The Fan, with everything we needed for our stay. Baby items, including a pack and play and booster chair, were provided, which was essential. The unit is beautiful, with plenty of space to spread out. The beds were also very comfortable. We highly recommend staying at Mollie’s place.

We really enjoyed our stay. Mayra’s home was cozy and comfortable, and she was a great host! The home provided a great base from which to spend the weekend visiting our daughter at VCU. And when my wife realized that she was missing a ring, Mayra went out of her way to find it and get it to our daughter. The only minor drawback were the trains that ran throughout the night.

This place was amazing! The host, very accommodating. If you have kids, you won’t regret staying here as the play room/children’s bedroom kept them occupied and happy. Also, they could be as rowdy as they could be without us worrying about disturbing neighbors. I would come back here again and again.

This is the perfect place to stay in the Fan - walking distance to some really great spots - including the Fancy Biscuit, Abi's Book Cafe, and the New Asian Restaurant right across the street. We even walked to a show at the Altria Theatre. The massage chair was a wonderful bonus! A wonderful place to explore Richmond.

We had a nice time at Josh's house. The place is actually bigger than it seems in the picture, and everything was very clean. There's actually a lovely third bedroom which wasn't pictured with a queen bed and a cute porch. We did have an issue with the train - you don't hear the train passing by, even though it passes very close to the house... unless, for whatever reason, it honks. At 5 am this isn't so pleasant. Luckily it didn't happen every morning. We did have a couple of minor issues with the bathroom and a missing item in the kitchen, and communication could have been improved. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay.

I had an amazing stay at Patrick’s place! His home was by far my favorite Airbnb in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The space is cozy, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel special. Patrick was super welcoming and gave great recommendations for local spots to check out. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet still peaceful and quiet. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town! Highly recommend!

Reagan is a phenomenal host. She went out of her way help me manage through a municipal water crisis / winter weather emergency that visited Richmond along with me. Cannot recommend her places more highly.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

This was a perfect fit for us. Having a fenced-in courtyard right out our door for our dogs was ideal. The area was very walkable & we had no problems with street parking. The unit was spacious & clean. We were very appreciative of the amenities provided. There was footstep noise from the upstairs but it was during waking hours, so not an issue with us. As a personal preference-the bed might be comfortable for 1 person (very soft memory foam) but didn't provide enough support for 2 people. Tim responded immediately to our inquiries. If we're roadtripping through Richmond with our dogs, I would stay here again.

Jill and Andrew have created a beautiful, comfortable, and well-furnished condo in the heart of Richmond's downtown area. They also offer free parking right next to their building. We appreciated the good heat during a very cold January night. Downdraft of ceiling fan helped a lot! Thanks so much for your hospitality! Too many special features to enumerate here, but, overall we were quite happy with this airbnb.

We loved the space, the location, and clear communication. Tommy (and Mark) were so helpful helping us with parking options and even getting our things in! Elevators and codes may access easy and we would stay again!

All I can say is WOW! This place is the definition of luxury and was worth every single penny. I had a beautiful experience from start to finish. Shana was very helpful every step of the way. She sent me a ton of things to do in the area and was super responsive to all my questions/concerns. This was a special week for my significant other & I and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. For anyone who is thinking of booking DO IT you will not regret it.

Another stay here went just as well as previous! I actually found my first night that they were missing conditioner (but had 3 shampoo bottles, hence the mixup 😅) and Byron immediately had someone come and drop some off to me even while he was out of town. I couldn’t ask for more! Staying here in the winter, I would highly recommend using the extra linens and blankets they have available. I used a grey blanket specifically that was crazy warm despite not being very thick. The little space heater and the other heating/cooling machine in the kitchen work fine, but have an uphill battle with the high ceilings, and tend to dry out the air quite a bit, so I preferred being bundled. Other than those little quirks, it was a beautiful stay as always! Already have another stay booked in March. 😊
