Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Chesil Beach

We had a wonderful stay in Cara‘s Portland cottage. We were there over Christmas week. Cara had decorated the house beautifully for Christmas and was really responsive to every request. We know Portland well and have many friends we were there to visit, so we already knew what a fabulous place it is to be. The cottage was really well stocked with all the equipment we needed and more. Cara left us a fabulous hamper of Christmas bits and bobs - so much we couldn’t get through it all! Thank you, Cara. We will be back!

The cottage was simply superb. Located within easy walking distance of the beach , pubs, restaurant and wine bar with a convenience store just next door . Walks / runs to seaton and Branscome from Beer are lovely . Beer fisheries down on the beach is a must also . A peaceful break away enjoyed by all the family

We have just come back from a great stay! Place was immaculate and so spacious, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Nick was great at keeping in touch and the house is exactly as described. Good location as a short walk to the town centre with great pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. Also only 20 mins to Poole and Sandbanks. The model town of Wimborne is well worth a visit as well Definitely recommend!

We’ve done Airbnb in a variety of places throughout Europe but this is by far the best !! It was an absolute joy to stay at Tristan’s house; the scenery is amazing, easy access to all the amenities, pub dead opposite + we had an amazing weather which just added to our experience. Tristan was very accommodating & good communicator. The accommodation is really well presented with everything you could’ve hoped for; clean, tidy, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful goodies hamper, plus extras of electric bikes and paddle boards made this the ideal escape location for anybody

All I can say is WOW! What a beautiful, little place to call home on our weekend away! Absolutely spotless, warm, cosy, so cute and had everything we could possibly need for our stay! I would stay again in a heartbeat!!!!! 🥰

Lovely little place in an ideal location. Beautiful decoration & appliances. Gorgeous little terrace/decking. Excellent communication with host. Nice & clean. Very comfortable bed. Sofa would benefit from a throw or cover as it looks a bit tired, but is also v comfy.

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come again/recommend to others. The flat was full of quirky extras and everything was catered for. They went above and beyond with all the finishing touches which made you feel welcome and right at home. It’s a short walk to Weymouth beach. Considering how close to everything it’s really quiet. To top it all off the hosts were so lovely and friendly. I’d give them 6 stars if I could :)

Such a great location, Nikki was extremely helpful and the details for check in were brilliant! We chose a particularly wonderful weekend of weather in Weymouth and the apartment was a perfect location to enjoy it all! A fabulous little bolt hole right by the sea, I just wish we could have watched the waves from the window! Thanks Nikki, a very needed break away!

Had a short weekend at the flat on this loverly farm. If you want some where to chill and have some peace then this is the place to be. Add the style of the flat inside and out and how helpfull Lucy and her crew are, you the have this perfect place. The correspondence and information on the arrival and departure is first class. There is a nice little pub no more than a five minute drive called The Antelope Inn, very friendly. Thanks again Lucy for a wonderful stay.

Loved, loved, loved this magical place. Lots of interesting furniture, super comfy bed, our own little courtyard and entrance to the park just through the garden gate. Very friendly welcome. Highly recommend.

We really loved our stay. It’s in an amazing location and you quickly walk to where you want to go (sea front or up into the town). Parking is just up the road but you can offload bags easily and then park up. Comfy beds and great for children.

Beautiful apartment for a great family weekend exploring the South West! The apartment is warm and welcoming and has everything we needed.

We booked a ‘super’ last minute break - the day before - having seen the glorious weather forecast. Thankfully it did not let us down! The detached bungalow was ideally placed, just a short walk in to beautiful Bridport. Jonathan allowed us flexible check in times - which was great. It’s ideal for 2 people, very well equipped with nice homely touches. Good quality fittings and a very comfortable bed. We didn’t eat out in the evenings as the kitchen had everything we needed to produce a nice evening meal - with quality local produce we had purchased. And cider! Saturday market is still thriving, even in the midst of winter. Fewer stalls than when we last visited in September, but still worth a visit. Thank you Jonathan. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Tony was a great host and made us feel welcome on our arrival. It was the coldest weekend in 12 months, and when requested an extra heater was provided. facilities were fine for a short stay. The location is walkable to central Weymouth, past some lovely coastal views and in easy reach of the Jurrasic Coast (you will need a car)

This is a fantastic place right in the heart of Corfe Castle, literally in the village square. The whole flat was spotlessly clean and nothing was missed. Very comfortable beds, the heating was easily adjustable to our comfort and the whole place has a very homely and comfortable feel. We would 100% book this place again and as regular visitors to Dorset this is without doubt the best place we have stayed at in the area.

Apartment was great! Lovely location and outlook. It was clean and very well equipped (although apart from the odd bit of toast, we ate out!). Private parking with security gates provided peace of mind. Chris provided easy to follow directions and instructions for check-in along with lots of recommendations for dining out. Chris was responsive and a top host, even accommodating a last minute change to bring the Guide Dog puppy we are raising. The weather during our stay was a big bonus - lovely early Spring sunshine which enabled us to visit lots of places in the surrounding area. West Bay is a great base to allow this, whether walking or driving. We will definitely be back!

A real character place, though I wouldn’t like to be a tall person. Ideal for a couples getaway. It’s beautifully furnished and cosy with interesting well thought out use of every little nook and cranny. Great for exploring Lyme Regis on foot via a good footpath along the river.

Green Tor is a beautifully modern ground floor villa with wonderful views and nicely fitted out with everything you need. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others.
