Our stay at Jessica's place was great! Five friends and I stayed here while attending a comedy festival at William & Mary. The location was excellent, the price was affordable, and the space had everything we needed. We’re already hoping to stay here again next year!

Heron House was perfect! Great location to walk to the beach and to Mason Street shops. Our party of four was completely satisfied with the layout of the house and the many amenities. We will stay here again!

This place was perfect for our stay. It's in a great location for our visit with relatives over the holidays and had just the right space and amenities to host our family of five comfortably. Denise was very communicative throughout and I felt like we had her support. Given the convenient location and amenities, we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely ideal for our quick two night stop by to see family. Great for the dog with the fully fenced back yard. Everything was awesome. Xmas decorations were the added bonus! Thanks so much.

Perfect little place, everything you need for a little vacation. It was set up practically like an apartment with a stocked kitchen!

My sister and I had a very restful time here. The place was spacious, with beautiful outdoor views. We were provided with everything we might need and more. I wish we had had more people with us to enjoy the many options available here for relaxing; sitting outside, watching movies, and enjoying evenings by the fireplace. Anne was very gracious and informative. We certainly felt right at home. I would recommend this to anyone who was visiting the area and wanted a secluded and beautiful space to share.

It was nice to get to, and my trip was good. Unfortunately the day before I twisted my knee while packing for the trip, and was limping a bit. I was so hapoy to have happened to book on the first floor. There were 4 steps up to the front door and I was parked a bit far away, which I corrected when I was able, but when I arrived, some kind neighbors helped me with my bags up the steps. It was super peaceful and within a few days my knee was better. This was close to my Norfolk event, and it was really awesome to have a quick trip after some late parties. There was not much noise ever and the neighborhood was so sleepy we were surprised to find an event had blocked off and rerouted a few streets. It wasn't difficult to get around as there were lots of alternatives. Next time I hope to get on the ferry....with no injured knee. :) Great job from my host.

This place had eveything needed plus nice touches I never even considered. I was taking notes to improve my own guest room at home! Verg thoughtful, and I hope to return!

We only stayed in the here for a few days. Really enjoyed the place. Callon is a great host, very attentive and helpful. Place is cozy but had everything we needed. Quiet and clean.

I loved staying at this beach house! It is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable and has the best view I’ve ever seen. It would be a dream to live there, in fact if I could, I would! Pam was very responsive, extremely helpful, and an absolute delight to deal with. She was very accommodating and I had everything I needed. I would 100% stay again. In fact I shed a couple tears when I left. My only cons are that some of the higher surfaces were dusty (I’m tall) and there were some ants, but nothing crazy. I also didn’t see any Windex however that doesn’t mean it wasn’t there, but had I seen it? I probably would’ve wiped the outside of the windows to see more clearly to the water, but I imagine with all of the salt and wind. They would get a little dirty daily anyway . Those are small small things that would never keep me from going there again ! Love love love!

Came down for a weekend, had a wonderful time exploring VA beach. Perfect location and excellent accommodations!

Great location in Virginia Beach. Lots of restaurants, close to beach.

My husband and I spent a few days here and loved the ocean views! Most of our trip consisted of walking up and down the beach right in front of the condo or enjoying the sounds of the ocean from the balcony. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby that were all delicious, and we got to see dolphins nearby! Sean and Rebecca were responsive and gave us great recommendations for what to do since we came in off season (January). We would go back many times over!!

We had a fantastic time staying at Jamie & Crystal’s “Carolina on My Mind” condo at the Sanctuary in Sandbridge. The condo was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, from dishes and cookware to all the essential appliances. The beach was clean and uncrowded during our visit, making it a perfect vacation. We especially enjoyed the foosball table, which provided hours of fun for our family. There were also plenty of play toys and family games to keep everyone occupied. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. We would definitely recommend Carolina on My Mind to our family and friends.

Kelly’s place was in the middle of everything and right on the boardwalk! So lovely to be able to sit on the balcony and hear the ocean and see it from one bedroom and the family room. Kelly was very responsive and informative.

Beach Bungalow was in the perfect location. We were able to hit local restaurants by walking. The night life was great. We enjoyed the trip from start to finish. We will be back.

The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, which made me feel right at home. The attention to detail and care put into creating a welcoming environment really stood out.
