Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cherokee County

If you want a country living feel this is the place for you. Very quiet area. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely be back.

Great spot! We didn’t get to utilize the back yes fire pit or the screened porch since we were horse showing all day every day but they looked ideal! Great views and felt private even with neighbors to the side. Lots of room for vehicles and great use of space inside the house.

Beautiful place, relaxing and quite. It is a great place to stay and plenty of stuff for kids to enjoy. We had a great time with our family.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described, the hot tub was very relaxing, and the surroundings were peaceful and private. The house had everything we needed, we even extended the stay an extra day because we loved it.

We were very happy with accommodations at the house. We had family members of 3 couples, and two individuals so we needed 5 sleeping spaces. It worked out well with 4 bedrooms and the den downstairs that had a bunkbed in it and could be used as a 5th room. We were in town for a family wedding in the area and this was a perfect location. Very easy instructions to get in and when we noticed a small problem Zach responded right away, which we appreciated. There is a grocery store less than a mile away which was nice for getting some breakfast foods, which is the only meal we ate there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up food and lots of space. Several people walked around the neighborhood. It is hilly but good exercise. FYI the shower in the master bedroom was very small, maybe 3'x3' tops. The rest of the bathroom, along with the 2nd bathroom with tub/shower, were great. Overall an excellent place to stay!

We fell in love with the whole property (and the ducks!) Donna was extremely communicative and very helpful, when needed. Loved our cabin and its location. We hope to get to stay here again, in the future.

Our family loves our time on the farm! The apartment feels homey and private. It’s perfect for our family of four. Our kids love exploring the farm, finding all the swings, playing princes and princesses near the castle, and feeding the horses. This is a great place for a relaxing getaway for the family. Good location for enjoying nearby parks and trails while also having a relatively short drive to Greenville and Asheville. This was our family’s second trip to Melodie’s farm and we hope to be back again sometime. Melodie and her family are more than gracious hosts and provide a warm and welcoming environment.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Was clean and cozy and very quiet. Love the loft and high ceilings and made for a perfect getaway. Kitchen was also very nice with ample space. We will be back for sure!

This was best Airbb that I've ever stayed in. The home is Beautiful and very peaceful in a nice location. The way Valerie & Chris greets you makes you feel right at home. Chris & Valerie are Some of the Nicest people I have ever met. I highly Recommend there place to anyone that is visiting the upstate area ,Thank You for all the goodies that was left for us as well.

Gregory's property was very clean, welcoming, quiet, and pet friendly.. Exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend anyone to stay there if traveling around Charlotte.

My bff of 24+yrs and I took a 6 day girls trip (from south Alabama)to escape work, kiddos/spouses, and stayed at Bev’s. She is super friendly, super responsive, her property was amazing. I could have stayed out there all day/night reading and drinking coffee. Will definitely come back. Her spot is exactly as described, perfect for two people if you are looking to get away for peace/quiet. This was our first time ever using a BnB and thankfully it was a wonderful experience. Bev even gave us a large goodie bag with snacks/drinks just way above and beyond to make us comfortable/happy. Wonderful host/property.

I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

This was an end of the summer getaway for my wife and I. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and activities of the are. We kayaked, did several hikes, found secluded areas that we could swim and picnic. Visited chimney rock. Had some nice meals at local places and took advantage of making ourselves some meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The cabin is very cute, spacious enough for a family of 4 or more, well decorated with the owner's own artwork of local scenery. We actually had fun and played a lot of ping pong. Nice table. We hope we can swing another trip to view the fall colors

After another property I had booked for my family's water heater broke, I was scrambling to find a property for them to stay in while they visited for the weekend. I am currently working disaster relief in Asheville, so not too familiar with the area. We were lucky to find this property! With two adults, a teenager, two kids, and a small dog, we had plenty of space for all of us. It was a perfect place for us to just unwind and spend quality time together and we would definitely book this property again for future visits.

Tena’s house was exactly as described. It was very clean and well stocked with essentials. We stayed there while attending a wedding nearby and it proved to be the perfect location. 3 bedrooms and 2 nice size bathrooms. Communication was smooth and no issues checking in or checking out. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway I would highly recommend. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Had an amazing weekend, everything was very clean and well-kept! Valerie was super responsive and helped immediately with any questions or concerns.

We absolutely loved it. Super cute place very very clean. We felt super safe in the area. Unfortunately we had to leave early because of the bad weather, we were horse showing, and it’s very convenient to tryon international equestrian had to rush to get out of there but we’re hoping to come back and visit again.

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway over the holiday weekend that was private, clean, and pet friendly and the Woodsy Cabin was perfect. This was our first trip to Lake Lure and the views from the cabin were beautiful. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our questions and requests. He did warn us about the steep driveway but fortunately we have 4WD and didn't have any problems navigating to the cabin at the top of the mountain. We truly enjoyed our stay!

I love that they re-did this cabin so well. It is stylish but homey. And there is basically anything you can think of that you might need. Very cute and very close to downtown. We would definitely stay again!
