Lovely, large and a very cosy apartment. The complex itself is ideal for living with children, as there are playgrounds and a shop on the territory. The hosts are very welcoming and available for all questions. I definitely recommend

A very comfortable place to stay, the view from the dining area was a real treat for the eyes. Vitalli was very responsive to any questions. I stayed for 6 weeks and I enjoyed the apartment very much. Good WiFi speeds and numerous TV channels. Supermarkets are nearby, plus there's adequate parking right outside the building. A good choice for staying in Chernivtsi.

Excellent host, and thank you for the smooth check-in. I booked this for my mom at the last minute because her arrival time has changed. I was worried that my mom would struggle to find the place, and I was in a different time zone, but the host greeted her, taking all my worries away. The place was lovely! Thank you!

Great service, was weekly wet cleaning and cleaning bedding and towels, fresh water.

We have stayed here several times and always look for first when staying in Chernivtsi. The apartment is huge with large bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, enclosed balconies and hallway. The apartment has both a washer and a dryer! We have stayed in three apartments within this building and each have been excellent. This apartment is extraordinary because of the size, being on the top floor and corner building apartment (lots of windows), views of a well-used football (soccer) field and local mall. We love having the two air conditioners. Wi-Fi is quick and many TV channels. We are amazed the apartment is rented for short term, but would be an excellent extended apartment stay. Thanks to the owner for making it available.

Any apartment with Олександр’s name on it will be very well done. We enjoy looking at how space is utilized in the various size apartments Олександр rents. We have rented several apartments in the building and come across great ideas for our own living space. All apartments we have rented in the past face out, but this top floor apartment overlooks the courtyard on the rear of the building. If you have children, you have a great view of the park. Extra nice touches to the apartment were both coffee maker and coffee, and a very good hair dryer! Apartment building is a short walk to two very good stores and a mini-mall with shops, restaurants, and even ice skating!

When we checked in, the apartment was already waiting for us, everything is clean and tidy, there are all the necessary things in the apartment. Quiet and convenient location. The lights can't capture the real area of the room, it's huge. The entire place was in good condition, well maintained, clean, warm, and free of water. There is a table and cookware, clean towels. Quiet. But my expectations of hospitality were exceeded by the host's friendly and humane attitude, who, during a difficult condition for many Ukrainians, does not hide his eyes, heart and hands from good deeds for people with whom he has no business relationship. The apartment is in the very center of the city, there is parking behind the fence, from the shortcomings - not a modern front door.

Easily entered the property, clear instructions. The apartment was clean, pretty, everything you need was there. There were small fresh flowers in the kitchen before we arrived - it's very cute. The apartment is in an old building, but the apartment itself is well renovated. Very comfortable and feels like home. Supermarkets are a bit far away, but there are many small shops nearby. Close to the center. All issues were resolved quickly. It was very nice to communicate 💖

The apartment is new, all the details are thought out, all the necessary things are present in the kitchen. The place is very convenient because you can walk to all the main and significant historical monuments and the city center. Within walking distance, very close is the central street with lots of shops as well as restaurants and cafes. Recommended!

Dmitriy is an excellent host, he helped us a lot, brought the bus ticket and be a translator. The flat is big, clean and tidy. The location is good, near bus station, if you go to other Ukraine city, is so convenient.

Incredible apartment in the very tourist center, in the middle of a pedestrian street. Nearby are the best Cavways, restaurants, bookstores, etc. Grocery stores are also nearby. In the next building there is a beautiful museum, I recommend a visit. The place is quite in line with the luxurious location - a spacious three-bedroom apartment with two separate bedrooms, the beds are just royal! Beautifully furnished, has everything you need, everything works, the atmosphere of the apartment is the most wonderful thing I have met. Many thanks to the hosts for the opportunity to feel welcome in an unfamiliar city! We want to come again)

In Mr. Pavlos' house, my parents were hosted...They are very excited by both the house and the location..It was a clean apartment, in the center of the city in a very quiet neighborhood,at a reasonable price ...Mr. Pavlos, is a great host, very friendly and willing...Thank you so much for hosting..!!
