The environment is beautiful, the room is fully equipped and clean and hygienic.Just a little suggestion, it's too close to the road, and a light sleeper is best to bring earplugs.Everything else was perfect!Thanks for the nice house provided by the host.

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our family truly enjoyed every aspect of this property—from the cozy living spaces to the well-equipped kitchen, where we could easily prepare meals. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep for everyone. The outdoor area was a highlight for us! Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with a peaceful view or spending quality time together in the evenings, the setting was just perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We had a pleasant time quiet and warm in this private accommodation. Its description matches reality. Other highlights were proximity to commerce and free parking at the foot of the accommodation!

Julie's apartment is in a very good location, less than 10 minutes walking to the historic center of Annecy. The accommodation is as advertised, new, very very clean, in a quiet residence. the bedding is perfect. we enjoyed the terrace which has an (oblique) view of the lake, and also the private garage in the basement (it is possible to park a SUV type Toyota rav4). We accommodated 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). One of our best experiences on Airbnb!

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

Great week spent at the small lake loft. The apartment was perfect, in an amazing setting, we wish we could have stayed longer. In addition, Manda had prepared a large list of very useful tips (walks, hikes, restaurants). I can only recommend it!

One week stay at Amber's, As described. Accessibility to surrounding cities by car or easy public transportation. Very quiet place, despite the road below. Very accessible, discreet and accommodating host. Delighted with this stay.

Great place! Extremely clean, functional, spacious and very well-equipped with magnificent lake views. Benoit cares about the well-being of his guests and leaves a lot of things available in his home to make you feel at home. Bernex and Thollon les memises ski resort about a 25-minute drive from the property. Nearby bakery and Petit Casino nearby. Switzerland right next door, Montreux to visit absolutely 25 minutes by car! In short, well located. Very quiet neighborhood and uncrowded out of season. The welcome was warm and the apartment on the ground floor is perfect, comfortable and well-equipped. Modern bathroom, comfortable bedding, and quiet accommodation 25 minutes walk from the lake. Shops nearby. Impeccable! Only downside, very capricious wifi!🥴.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.
