Melanie is super helpful and really friendly. The place is located at a very quiet area with a pond in front, good view during breakfast time. It was decorated with christmas lightings which was perfect during my stay, and all the rooms have lovely decor as well. there are also home entertainment and useful brochures provided for sightseeing spots. we had a great time staying there

Spacious semi detached house. Clean well equipped accommodation with comfortable beds. Good location, wiith a nearby local shop, and an easy 10 minutes walk to High Street for pubs, restaurants and main shops.

I didn’t interact with Pauline much as it was a brief stay, but she was very friendly and her place is lovely. The room was so cosy and had literally everything you would need - including a bathrobe which was very thoughtful! Had a great nights sleep. Thank you Pauline 😊

Jennifer was extremely helpful and provided us with lots of ideas of what we could do locally, the house was wonderful, great water pressure and very cosy and warm with the underfloor heating. Beds were great and it was so nice to have the basics available to cook with. We very much appreciated the lovely homemade cookies, will come again!!

Lovely cottage which felt like a home from home. Excellent location, did not use the car once it was parked, Stratford Centre and Anne Hathaway's house were all walkable. Mirren was really helpful in giving advice about parking our second car.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Margaret's House during my visit to Stratford-upon-Avon, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The location couldn't be more perfect—right across the street from Shakespeare’s birthplace. The house itself is a delightful blend of charm and comfort. It’s cozy and inviting, making it the ideal retreat after a day of exploring. The house was well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of Margaret's house is how walkable everything is. We found ourselves surrounded by an abundance of great eateries and charming shops, as well as the historical sites.

Perfectly placed in Tetbury for parking, going into the town for shopping or eating. Nice trail walk from the house. Set on 3 floors . Beautifully decorated . Comfy beds . We used kitchen /dining as our gathering point . Stairs are steep and so would not suit anyone with mobility issues. Next to the church where bells chime the hour and a fairly busy road but not all of my party were bothered by them. We all went to Calcot spa and booked Pink Taxis at great price.

Perfect place to stay. Near everything. Very modern contemporary house. Amazingly equipped. We stayed over Christmas and the house was beautifully decorated too. Sharon was great too andcanswered any questions really quickly. Will be staying again for sure.

This place was perfect for our needs. Sarah was extremely helpful. Lovely touch with the breakfast food and the information folder really useful. The road is a little bit narrow but parking was not a problem and the house very quiet. All the amenities you would expect from an Airbnb! We had a great time!

Lovely, newly renovated house with all the amenities. The host left very clear instructions, and stocked the kitchen with snacks, water and milk. Very attentive host, answered all questions. A great location for when visiting the Cotswolds.

Excellent apartment with all the amenities you need for a short stay. Extremely clean, walking distance (20mins) to lots of different bars and restaurants. Anjali was super, very helpful / friendly and responded promptly to all my messages. We had a great weekend and look forward to returning.

My sister and i needed to be local as we were managing a house move for a relative. It was a great retreat at the end of the day. The property was very warm, cosy and clean. We were able to eat out, order takeaways and eat in with waitrose 12 minutes walk away! Thankyou it was just what we needed. We need to come back again soon so will try and rebook this property.

We had a lovely stay in Gilpin Cottage for 3 nights over the new year. The cottage is really cosy and well equipped. The location is great for access to all the local amenities in the town and for exploring further afield.

This was great accommodation for five old university friends to meet up and have somewhere to stay to explore Stratford on Avon. The accommodation was clean and provided us with five beds to sleep in for a well priced Airbnb which is not always easy to find. Many thanks for letting us stay.

We had a great stay in Stratford. The house, location, security, car parking was spot on. Had a minor issue with passcodes from Airbnb but Philip was most helpful and proactive. Everything about the house and facilities was just as described. We are already looking at going back again.

Beautiful, lovely location, Christmas Tree was a very thoughtful touch and Sarah is a wonderful host. We stay with our adult children and had a warm and relaxed holiday.
