Vacation rentals in Chaweng

We all travel a lot and have stayed in some amazing places throughout the world. Kevin’s place and Kevin himself were absolutely at the top of our experiences. We have never received such welcoming and accommodating hospitality as well as so many amenities provided in the home for us. The place is simply phenomenal inside - out . The salt water swimming pool is amazing. All the decorations in the home were amazing… the home itself was extraordinary. The neighbourhood as quiet as it could ever have been, there are joyful dogs and cats that will play around the property and on the beach and be your friends. There is a beautiful bar right next door (~50m) with great service and great drinks. The house has everything you need. All in all it is a dream Airbnb.

Great place to stay, in the quieter area of Koh Samui. You have the beach in front of the apartment to yourself. There is good kitchen amenities and generally a great apartment. All information about the apartment and check-in will be provided in advance, all hassle-free. Thank you.

We highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back! :) We had a truly wonderful time at this villa! It’s without a doubt a special place, especially with that incredible view. Dave and his wife, Nueng, are incredibly welcoming and make you feel right at home. Dave provides all the helpful information you need before and during your stay and is very responsive. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy being hosts. The airport pick-up is a fantastic convenience, with an easy check-in and a quick tour to get you settled. The villa was spotless and stocked with all the essentials we needed. The location and views are fantastic! The tranquility, birds singing, and the infinity pool with a coconut cocktail—all to yourself! There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-minute drive, but we opted for takeout(from Baanlamom Thaifood restaurant) and enjoyed the villa’s view.

Our room was so bright and beautiful and located within a quiet garden far from the road….so the mornings were very peaceful and quiet. It’s also an easy walk to the beach. The staff even let us eat some fruit from the trees. Would recommend!

we stayed 5 nights in the accommodation R1. the instructions provided are clear. the accommodation is very well equipped and clean. unfortunately the start of our stay started in the rain and sarah sent us a few addresses to enjoy koh samui differently. many things are accessible with a little walking but the best is to rent a scooter to fully enjoy the island. i would recommend this listing which is quality.

The Airbnb is really great. It is central but still not directly in Rummel so that you can relax and have your peace. You still have your own balcony that you can't quite see in photos, very relaxed and great view. Za was really very friendly and gave us tips for the area. In general, she did everything to make us feel comfortable. Super Airbnb 🙏🏻🥰

Lovely villa in a quiet location. Some restaurants nearby and various supermarkets nearby. Beach within walking distance. Other beaches must be by taxi, car or motorbike. Traffic can be busy, so keep in mind at least half an hour to, for example, chaweng. Communication is perfect and they help with everything.

Our group had a great stay at the villa, which is in a very walkable location with lots of bars, restaurants & shops right on the beach less than a five minute walk away. The team was helpful with arranging airport transfer, scooter rentals, etc. Would love to return and stay at this beautiful spot!
