Vacation rentals in Chavdar Tale

Amazing experience. Property is located in very safe and clean sorroundings. In was not much difficult to locate the building as owner had supplied clear address. Lock box type key arrangement was new for us. But owner had sent videos to make it very easy for us. There is only one flat on each floor. So, there is plenty of ventilation from all sides. Flat has 3 big bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a big hall with big balcony. There were plenty of untensils in kitchen. So, one can cook as if he is in his own house. Also kitchen is equipped with branded water purifier, fridge, gas stove, bread toaster, mixer - grinder, microwave oven. We were surprised to see sugar and tea powder, kept ready for making tea. Really we felt like staying in our own house. We had called our family friend to spend time together. They also liked the property too much. We liked cleanliness of the property. We had great fun at this place, a corner peaceful location. The good thing about this place is caretaker serving delicious food at your table, so you don’t have to go out searching for restaurants. Helpful if you have elderly parents with you. My parents who are 80+ enjoyed the stay. One minor suggestion would be to place one small step from living room to bedrooms area ( step is too tall) so seniors could climb it easily. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Me and my family stayed here for two nights, and we had a pleasant experience overall. Pros: Everything matched the description. Stay is 10-minute walk from Shrivardhan beach, conveniently located between Harihareshwar and Diveagar. House was clean, with freshly washed bedding. kitchen was equipped with basic essentials (including sugar, ghee, and spices), which was a big plus for us. Home-cooked food was available at affordable rates and tasted great. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Power backup was available, which ensured comfort during outages. Nice-to-Have Improvements: During our stay, some construction work was going on next door, so there was occasional noise (should be temporary) Parking larger vehicles like SUVs might require some maneuvering as the gate is not very wide and the road in front is narrow. A water purifier in the kitchen would be a great addition. (Alternatively, mineral water bottles are available for ₹20 each, which worked fine for us)

The property is located in a gated society in a private location. Only detail missing in the listing is that the bungalow is shared with a family living downstairs. However they are private and do not interfere. The caretakers are great and take care of everything during the stay. Would definitely recommend
