Vacation rentals in Châtenay-Malabry

They stay at Renatas was perfect for a 4-day visit. The location is a bit further from main tourist attractions but there is very easy access to the metro. The canal neighborhood is lovely and within 10 minute walk you can find great food, coffee, shopping that is more interesting than in the more touristy areas of Paris. The apartment has everything you would need for a short stay, and is best for those without mobility issues. Renata was responsive and helpful when ckecking in and out.

Stayed 2wks and the location was within walking distance to many sites and close to the metro. Lots of restaurants and shops all around. Apartment was clean and well maintained. We had no issues and had a wonderful stay. Would love to come back in the future.

My daughter and I spent 5 days with Lydie and Phan over Christmas. From Charle de Gaulles airport, the apartment can be reached quickly within 40-50 minutes with only 1x change. Lydie kindly asked a friend to hand over the key to us. We felt very comfortable in the small cozy apartment and always liked to come "home" every night after our sightseeing program. The metro is a few steps away and so we were always quite uncomplicated in the center. Thanks Lydie and Phan for the wonderful time!

A very lively neighbourhood with lots of excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops ,grocery and fruit and vegetable markets. It was great to be so close to our accommodation after an evening out in the neighbourhood. Close to metro, train and bus lines. We had a few problems opening the lockbox but it was taken care of very quickly by Dylan. Apartment was very clean and bright and uncluttered. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Only concern was a strong odour emanating from one of the bathrooms in the shower stall. The kitchen was well equipped with top of the line appliances if you want to make your own food. I suggest adding some knives that are not steak knives I appreciated having a salad spinner. A generous supply of coffee pods was provided for the Nespresso machine. It was challenging to figure out how to work the convection oven and turn off the smart TV art screen. It would be helpful to have a binder with instruction manuals. Would recommend and stay again.

Perfect place to stay. Right in the center, just a few steps to the metro, to the bus, and you can do so much on foot. Just around the corner is a small market, there are countless cafes and restaurants. Jean Michel is a wonderful host who is available and provides you with all the important information. I was in the apartment for the second time and will be back for sure. Thank you to the host.

The apartment is located near the metro, there are shops and delicious bakeries nearby. The interior and arrangement corresponds to the photo. Vesna kindly told everything about the apartment and recommendations for places to go. Pets are not allowed in the apartment, but I’m allergic to them and I think sometimes a cat or a dog lives there, because I was sick, so be careful. Also there was no place to store things, we had to hang them on chairs.
