The apartment is conveniently located for travelers, especially cyclists, thanks to the many tracks and greenways nearby. The apartment is like new, functional. Recommended!

The host of the house offers us an extremely clean property corresponding in all respects to the photos. The accommodation is new, well decorated in a refined style. The kitchen is functional, the shower is impeccable as well as the lighting (natural or not). The only small concern is that the hot water tank may be a little weak. In any case, a pleasant stay!

A great stay! Very nice apartment, full center of poitiers, super convenient for family holidays! The rooms do not overlook the street so quiet (however we hear a few heavy steps coming from the apartment above!). The photos gave us the impression of a small apartment but in fact it looks bigger once in it! Spacious and well-equipped kitchen for cooking, great bathroom, very comfortable bedding, 2 small courtyards. We had a water leakage problem but it was restored quickly thanks to our responsive host!
