Quiet location, in the countryside. Self check-in and self check-out. Clean and pleasant accommodation in a good location. We would have appreciated extra bath towels, one per person is fair, especially for two nights.

Louise and Mickael made us feel very welcome, plus a bottle of white wine and cool beers! Very nice! We had a pleasant week of vacation at Moulin Chaillou. We were able to enjoy the pool, which the kids loved (4 years and 1 year). All shops are nearby, the beach is 45 minutes away, as well as the aquarium, etc. If you need anything, do not hesitate, Louise and Mickael are there to meet your needs.

We had a great weekend with friends at Roz's. The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels, etc.). Small touches were waiting for us, it's a plus that we really appreciated. The many activities available on site occupied us well, we did not leave the weekend house: pool, jacuzzi, billiards, ping pong, darts, etc. Small dedication to Bob who welcomed us very warmly!

We had a pleasant night in the trailer, the setting is peaceful and the host was very welcoming. Breakfast is very full. We do not regret our choice and would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts Louise and Michael were a delight and we hope to see them again as friends. So helpful and responsive. The site is quiet and secluded but a few minutes walk to town and restaurants. It contains everything one needs and excellent wifi and multi - channel TV for UK as well as French television and netflix Amazon etc. All in all highly recommended.!

Beautiful week with family at the Manoir Souhait. The cottage absolutely matches the photos and description. Very nice pool and hot tub. Sunbed in numbers and spotless. Everything is neat, you feel very comfortable. The kids enjoyed foosball and ping pong. The village is very calm and pretty. Shops are 10 minutes away by car. The area is beautiful under the July sun. Family geocatching trails (Terra Aventura) in Cognac, Aulnay, La Touche de Périgny, St Jean d 'Angely - discovering old stones, beautiful Romanesque churches and rivers. Visit of wineries and vineyards (we particularly recommend the house Dhiersat in Rouillac). We recommend this cottage to anyone who wants a peaceful vacation, family rest. Highly recommended!

We had a great time with friends and kids. The accommodation is well equipped, quiet, perfect for 2 families. The pool with sauna and jacuzzi is the perfect place for adults and children. The presence of the playground made the children happy. We thank Daphne and Blaise for their welcome. We warmly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet week.

Stayed again for one night at Catherine's gite on our return journey this time back to the uk. Catherine had thoughtfully pit the heating on as now the nights are getting that bit chillier. This stay was just as good as our one night stay in October, this time we chose to eat out and Catherine kindly recommended a local restaurant in Jonzac ( an easy 10 minute drive), Le Coq D'or and the food was fab, so many thanks Catherine and hope to see you again.

A really lovely comfortable gite. Amazing outdoor space including a safe pool with loads to entertain the kids. And lots nearby to do for young and old. We really enjoyed it with our two young ones.

Very pleasant family stay in this pretty house where we were greeted by Christelle in person, very available and attentive at all times. We had a great time in this residence which is located in the middle of vineyards and sunflowers. The setting is relaxing and quiet. The listing matches the photos. We stayed at Elodie’s house for four months and it was a great stay! The home is beautiful and clean. Location is great for peace and quiet while being close to Cognac. Last but not least, the hosts Elodie and Greg are welcoming and helpful with anything you might need. Will definitely stay again!

We had a really wonderful stay here. The Cottage had everything we needed and Mandie and Badger were super hosts. The location is perfect, far enough out of town to really experience peace and tranquility and close enough to everything that you may want to explore. The little touches offered such as fresh bread delivered to your door each morning and everything for your first evening meal on arrival were very welcome. We would love to return!

We loved staying here. The property is a ten minute drive from Saintes and all that is has to offer. We had a day at La Rochelle, a day at the beach in Royan and a lazy day or two in the beautiful garden. We would really love to come and stay here again!

During my stay at the accommodation, we enjoyed the sunset in the beautiful yard every day.
