Vacation rentals with lake access in Château-Richer

This is very well maintained and clean cottage. It's warm, it's comforting. Nothing is missing, it's very well equipped inside as well as outside. There is the bbq the paddleboard the fire pit for the spa and even a swing all surrounded by trees and calm . For me, it was for my daughter's friend party for her party🎉. They were all charmed. I will not hesitate to rent a cottage again for my next occasions to highlight or even to relax because it is important to spoil yourself. Thank you 🙏

This cottage is absolutely stunning! From gorgeous and very private location, to the details and furnishings in the home, the serene beauty of the outside and the large incredible pool! We had a great time. Very good communication with Patricia. The cottage is very nice moreover it is located next to the lake. The village of St Charles de Belchasse is very nice and the people are welcoming. If we come back to this area I will come back to our accommodation without hesitation. I would highly recommend

The chalet was spotless, with magnificent views of the river and impeccably clean. We were 3 couples and loved the main living space as well as the bathrooms in each of the 3 bedrooms. Well appointed and perfectly equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. We had a great time!

What a wonderful apartment with a wonderful host! The apartment was so comfortable and spacious for our multi-generation family vacation. Little touches (like eggs, milk and bread waiting for us in the fridge; shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all the showers; and slippers and robes in all the bedrooms) were added bonuses and showed real care. Marjorie was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. She arranged for the apartment to be cleaned the night before our arrival so we could go there straight from the airport in the morning and check in and even let us stay later (checking out at 2:45 pm) when our return flight was delayed.

We had a wonderful stay at this location! It was clean, well laid out and the perfect size for our group of 8. There was lots to do in the area nestled between the river, the mountains, and the villages. We also had a great night out in the City! A great stay!

Diane went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The location was right on the water although due to weather we were restricted from accessing it. The island was quiet but that was what we expected and wanted. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was great with good water pressure. We'd love to come back and will stay with Diane again!

The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The location was perfect— yet still peaceful and relaxing. What truly stood out was Maxime’s hospitality. They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whether it was quick responses to my questions, thoughtful recommendations for local activities, or small touches like hiking, sking , they really made me feel at home. Very beautiful house with several comfortable rooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a big plus. The spa was warm and clean. We have booked this cottage 2 times and are returning next year for a 3rd year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paradis! We felt at home here in this welcoming cottage with the wonderful view. Minette is a sweet loving little girl- she stole our hearts from the get-go. We hiked many trails in Jacques Cartiers National Park, we walked the ancient forest trail at Mont Wright Park, kayaked in Marais de Nord, and spent 2 days at home puttering, cooking, and admiring the view of the river. I don’t know how to convey our delight and satisfaction with Bernard and Francine as our hosts. They met us at check in and spent a great deal of time going over everything and recommending sights, experiences and eating establishments. We felt so at home in their beautiful home and so appreciated their amazing hospitality. Thank you so very much. We will be back again and again!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Stephane's place. The home was specious, clean, and had a beautiful view. Stephane responded quickly whenever we had a question. Additionally, Stephane took the time to decorate the home with holiday decorations, including a tree, which was incredibly thoughtful. This gesture made us feel like we were right at home it was a perfect holiday, it really added the holiday spirit and we truly appreciate it. 😊

This place was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views were simply stunning. The location is ideal—you won’t even need a car to get to Old Quebec since the ferry is just a scenic 10-minute walk away along a safe, shared bike and pedestrian path off the street. The host was excellent at communicating, and everything was exactly as described. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

It’s a cozy little home. You can tell that everything was designed and organized with intention. There were lots of homemade wood pieces. The campfire spot in the back is perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We had a short but wonderful stay at the house. Céline and Andreï were excellent in communicating instruction and as well as local recommendations which was very valuable to us as travelers from Boston. House is fully furnished, including with interesting books, including for kids, and board games. This could be a perfect stay for a week or two in the summer. Very nice stay at Alexandra's. The environment is very beautiful. Convenient location to go to Quebec or other points of interest. There are shops nearby. The space is comfortable. Communication was clear and effective. Alexandra was even very responsive to a small hot water issue. The instructions provided in advance are very complete.
