Pleasant house in a small village, well equipped and well heated. The place is very pretty and the snow at Christmas allowed us to enjoy several places for tobogganing, snowshoeing and skiing. The refueling is very good in a large area three km away, there are several places towards La Besse and Gerardmer less than half an hour away for hiking and tobogganing. For little ones who don't ski well yet, there is after Ventron a track with a tensioner (15 minutes by car). In Ventron, a textile museum is more interesting than it appears with a demonstration of weaving and spinning. The house itself is well-equipped and clean and the automatic thermostat always brought us a pleasant temperature. All it really needs is a washing machine.

Quiet and relaxing little area...

Thanks to our host for being so available and communicative. The area is quiet and pleasant, about ten minutes from the Bresse Hohneck station. We didn't get cold, the heating worked very well. We really appreciated the towel dryer to quickly dry the children's suits. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with a very nice independent living room. Having a large fridge and dishwasher available was also very convenient. We'll definitely come back.

Quiet and relaxing in Xoulces Cornimont La Bresse

A great chalet at a fair price where you can have a good time in summer and winter. We stayed there in January It makes sense to have snow chains with you if you want to drive up the driveway in the cold season. Unfortunately, coming to a ski resort without a car is not possible. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay went very well, the accommodation is very nice and nicely decorated. The sauna is very enjoyable, it's a real plus. The village is very pretty and has all the amenities. Séverine is very welcoming and available. Only small downside, the road is quite noisy as well as the church that rings every hour, it can disturb people who are light asleep, so you have to provide earplugs 😉

Welcoming, clean and well-equipped house, everything you need on site, cooking appliances, equipment if you come with a baby, and enough to have fun and pass the time (jacuzzi, billiards, foosball, board games). Antony is responsive and accommodating, and Christelle is very welcoming. We had a pleasant stay, I recommend.

Well designed cottage and great hosts. Modern, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, clean modern bathrooms, lovely large outdoor space next to a babbling brook. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Sewen is a tiny quiet town with a single restaurant that was excellent. Need to drive to next town(s) for food shop, boulangerie and other restaurants. As with any rental, bring personal essentials like chef’s knife, paper towels, hairdryer, toiletries, extra pillows but otherwise everything was provided. Highly recommended for a comfortable, quiet get away in Vosges / Ballon mountains. Many hiking paths in the area.

We spent the Christmas holidays in this beautiful house and were positively surprised that the house was even a little decorated for Christmas. Thank you for this. For 12 people with children it was perfect. There were even toys for all ages. We especially loved the small sauna and hot tub outside. Meanwhile, the courtyard is paved and no longer popular, as shown on the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. Plates and cups are sufficiently available in creative composition, as are fork and spoons. Only the breakfast knives are very scarce, which did not bother us very much. There's a sink, too. We will be happy to come back!

The house was very large and ideal for a larger group. It has a lot of furniture for children but no longer in great condition. All in all, we still had a good stay. Sylvie was very easy to contact and got back to you quickly.

Our short trip was far too short, but we enjoyed the few days. We felt very comfortable in the particularly charming house. Our excursions were limited to the place in the autumn sun and the glass factory. And in the evening, a glass of Beaujolais by the fireplace ended the days well.

Excellent stay in this very well arranged accommodation, nothing was missing, everything was perfect! In the middle of nature, quiet and with a magnificent view 😍 We did great hikes accessible as a family, the area is really beautiful. We were hosted by Myriam, a lovely person with whom we enjoyed exchanging a few words. We will return to this idyllic setting for sure!

Very cozy chalet! In a beautiful location in the Vosges. Very nice walks nearby. The host is friendly and helpful. The garden is perfectly enclosed, which makes it very pleasant if you come with your dog! The local bio market every Saturday is also recommended. We really enjoyed it! So we will definitely come back.
