Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with vineyards in perspective. It is with one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). You will find everything you need to stay there. Close to Brantôme you will be able to enjoy the following activities: canoe, cruises on the Dronne, visit castles, hiking and biking... Not to mention the many gourmet restaurants and the wine of the region!

The Blanzac house is brand new, with two independent levels. You will be on the ground floor, the land being sloping. It is located at the top of the village (not in the village as on the map). Entrance, large living room, 1 master bedroom (bed 1.60 m) with en-suite bathroom, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and 2 bunk beds, with shower and sink in the bedroom. Very clear, west-facing, swimming pool and stunning views of the countryside.

Beautifully converted and well-appointed gîte in the Parc Natural in the Perigord Vert. Set in a hamlet with stunning views, this property accommodates 6-10 with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 private terraces, BBQs and the sole use of a swimming pool. We have a family house nearby which we use as a summer retreat. We are not there every summer, but when we are, we like to engage in simple pleasantries and aim to please.

The nearest amenities are 5 minutes away by car. The property is within two adults and two kids. We can accommodate two extra people on the sofa bed, for a charge.
