Townhome vacation rentals in Channel Islands of California

We had a great time celebrating my daughter's birthday in December! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store within walking distance. Went for a walk on the beach in the morning....Hope to be back soon!

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Sean is extremely helpful and friendly. He is responsive to our queries during our stay. Home is tastefully furnished and decorated.

Our stay was fantastic. The place was very clean and easy to get to. Even with the wildfires going on the unit smelled clean and plenty of space for my friends and I to sleep comfortably. Parking my SUV in the garage was a mission but the host warned about larger sized vehicles and there is ample amount of parking outside the garage. 10/10 would stay again for future trips.

We booked this place after we were evacuated from our home due to the Eaton fire and James was so helpful throughout that stressful time he made it that we were actually able to feel safe and at home during our stay thank you so much James.

The proximity to Disneyland is perfect. A short walk and you are on property. The unit was well kept and had plenty of room to spread out. Great for kids and adults.

House was in a perfect location for exploring the major LA sites. We were never more than 15 min away (even in traffic) from all the sites we wanted to visit. Check in instructions were very clear and we had no issues accessing the property. Parking in Ktown/downtown can be super hard and I see street parking was packed, so I appreciated that the house had dedicated parking inside the gate. Also made us feel secure knowing the complex was gated. Would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Emilio was a very responsive host. The house had a minimalist modern style which we liked, you had to open the gate to get to the property and designated parking spaces.

The stay was fantastic—everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the space had everything needed for a relaxing trip.

Most of all, I was touched by Jason's proactive and friendly response. My family visited LA for the first time and Jason made our stay comfortable. The bedding and towels were changed quickly, and the hot water and heating were enough for six people to stay. You can also eat delivery food at nearby restaurants, and there are many attractions not far away. I think I'll use it again because several people can rest comfortably at a lower price than a hotel.

I think this is very important to mention first. This listing is for the hack unit of an air bnb property. The driveway is along the side of the property and parking is to the back. So if you have a big car- anything other than a small two or four door car, you need to be very very careful. Other than the parking this listing is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You are not far from a mall or a variety of grosery stroes and restaurants. The house is clean with all the basic necessities and than some. The host is also very nice, responsive and proactive. So if there is someone in the front unit being disruptive you can count on your host to handle it.

We enjoyed our stay at Wally’s in Huntington Beach. This is a super quiet neighborhood about a 20 minute easy walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. A king size bed is a must, and it was very cozy. I was sad to leave.

We had an amazing stay! The units adjacent to Jackson Market in a beautiful neighborhood. Very walkable to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

Great townhouse and wonderful hosts! Would stay again at one of Justin's and/or Amber's listing. They did a great job making sure we were comfortable and set up! Great location and proximity to the beach.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

Amanda has a beautiful place. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The interior is beautiful I loved the way the place was decorated, both on the inside and outside. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to make a meal.

We had a fantastic stay at Anna's place this past week. This is the most kid-friendly rental I've used. Not only is it decorated super cute, there's a highchair, kid plates/utensils, toys and books, strollers, beach stuff (chairs and toys), a pack-and-play/bedding, but it was also super clean (especially the floors - which is important to us as a no-shoes-in-the-house family with a toddler). The location was perfect, the proximity to Downtown Disney and Disneyland felt unmatched, our walk to Downtown Disney was about 10 minutes! The neighborhood felt safe and very quiet (on the weekends you will hear the Disneyland fireworks show - which was fine for our Disney-centric trip). We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

Great place and so close to everything we needed to get to. Lots of room for my family and appreciative that we could do laundry there as well. Thank you for sharing your space with us!!!
