Townhome vacation rentals in Channel Islands of California

We visit in Newport at least once a year, stayed in hotels and recently started using Airbnb for our vacations, this place is walkable to everything a family can hope For, our daughters loved the house and the location, nice place for a large family gathering. Will definitely stay at Alex’s place next time, he was a great host.

Very comfortable stay and easy check in! Beautiful neighborhood in the hills, close to everything. I was in town seeing shows at the Hollywood Bowl and walked there in 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

Was very peaceful. Loved that it was a dead end so not many cars pass by. Me and my family had a great time was very grateful they had a stroller because I forgot mine at home it was a lifesaver!!!

Me and my Family had a wonderful time at Sean’s place Neighbor was quiet and clean. Everything we needed was 5 min away Sean was committed to making sure we didn’t have any issues Hot water heater stop working, Sean purchased and had it installed within 2hrs If Sean is still around I will reach out again Thank you Sean

Travelling with three other adults and a child we had an incredible 17 days in Los Angeles, thanks largely to the hospitality of Laurie and Kaitlyn. Their property, located in a quiet street just behind Hollywood Boulevard, and one block from Graumans Theater, was a perfect location for local sightseeing and to access the sites of LA. Although the neighbourhood felt a little unsafe at night, as day tourists the location was ideal for us. The two-storey apartment although older, had been maintained well and offered all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, there was plenty of space and, most importantly, the beds were fresh, clean, and very comfortable. There were also two car spaces available in a secure underground car park. We had a great holiday and we remain grateful to the hosts for ensuring our stay was easy, fun, comfortable and safe.

House was extremely clean; host Linda - very responsive; easy to get into the unit and everything was as described. The view from the living room was great - San Gabriel mountains on a clear day. we were close to many restaurants in Monterey Park, Alhambra, and to Huntington Library gardens. Easy access to Arts District, Little Tokyo, Chinatown.

Easy check in/out, clean and spacious home! The master bedroom alone makes this booking worth it! We have a crawling toddler so having a clean and clutter-free space was amazing! The living room couch was our fav! Sooo comfy! Would definitely boook again. Thank you for everything!

*5 Stars For the Air BnB Property *2 Stars For the Neighborhood its Located in The property is exactly as described. It was a beautiful 3 story townhouse including the Garage. The place was recently built, so expect everything inside to be new and very clean. I think this place was one of the newest and cleanest property my family has stayed at. I loved the fact that this property was gated and we had our own car garage with an automatic door opener. The garage fit my Range Rover perfectly. But anything larger than that good luck. The only thing i wish was added to the description was the neighborhood. It is definitely run down. If your use to upper middle class neighborhoods with white picket fences then you’re in for a surprise lol. So my overall experience with the Host was wonderful. She was very quick to respond with any questions. Directions were very clear. She was also very nice and accommodating.

The place is amazingly situated, clean, and comfortable. I think most places are expensive down there, so in regard to value for location it’s great, but I was surprised with the cleaning fee. It’s quite high, but I guess if it’s cleaned well and it’s well stocked with coffee and laundry essentials, that might just be the price of Newport Beach services; so I’m not complaining just letting you know. As other reviewers said, there is morning noise from the boat workers, but we were gone most of the day so it wasn’t a deal breaker for us; but it did start around 6ish in the morning. We were very happy with our stay and the fact there was a garage for our car. Jeremy was communicative even with our late check in and very understanding of our jet lag, which we appreciated a lot. Thank you very much for a nice, comfortable stay! :)

This is a great spot, it’s easy to feel at home and it’s rather cozy - from the fireplace in the living room, to the comfortable bed, to the spectacular roof deck. The hosts are generous, both in stocking the kitchen with goodies and responding to questions that arise. I have stayed at other Jackson Market properties in the past and hope to do so many times in the future.

Great stay. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect—central to all the places we needed to visit and conveniently close to family in the area. The home was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it an ideal spot for our family trip.

Emilio was a very responsive host. The house had a minimalist modern style which we liked, you had to open the gate to get to the property and designated parking spaces.

We absolutely loved our stay! Apart from being the best stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed at, Warren’s place was incredibly stylish & cozy. Every morning before heading out, we jammed out to Lauryn hill, Fleetwood Mac & other cool records they had! The beds/pillows were super comfortable, good quality towels & the place was very clean. Great location & local recs. Parking was easy to find and the area was convenient + quiet. We would gladly return (and hope to do so soon!). Hoping this place is available for the LA’28 Olympics :). Warren was very responsive & offered cleared instructions, great hosts! 10000/10

Gabriel’s place was great! We had tickets to a show at the Pantages and were able to walk to and from the theatre! The place is very nice and was perfect for my group of people that went. Gabriel was very responsive and super helpful! 10/10 I would DEFINITELY book Gabriel’s place again the next time I wanna see another show!

Will was a fantastic host! We had a small issue with the garage clicker, but he was super quick to respond and get it sorted. The place itself was exactly like the pictures—warm, welcoming, and felt just like home. Highly recommend staying here!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our two-week stay in Silver Lake! The location couldn't be better – right in the heart of the neighborhood, with easy walking access to all the shops and restaurants on Sunset and Silver Lake Blvd. Having off-street parking was a HUGE plus, a necessity in this area. Jayde and the other hosts were incredibly lovely, responsive, and readily available for any questions or concerns we had. They truly made us feel welcome. The house itself was fantastic. The deck was a wonderful space to relax and hang out any time of day. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the clearly labeled kitchen cabinets, which made finding everything we needed a breeze. The beds were super comfortable, and having a smart TV with streaming channels was a bonus. We had an amazing time and are already hoping to return in August! Thank you, Jayde, for creating such a gem of a place.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

Amanda's adorable bungalow is perfectly stocked with more than you'll need, you will feel right at home. Above and beyond one of the best places I have stayed at. Everything was amazing, from the spacious and beautiful patio to the backyard gazebo! The perfect retreat to sleep in or start your day with a crisp walk at Ventura's gorgeous State Beach. Wake to the beautiful views from the cozy dining room or enjoy a cup of coffee in the beautiful patio. A perfect location to take a hike into the woods, I loved our trip to the Channel Islands we saw hundreds of dolphins! Ventura's small town local culture is welcoming with fine dining overlooking the ocean. Try Eric Ericsson's or at Aloha Steakhouse. Our drive to the Santa Ynez Valley was spectacular! Not enough time to visit its 150 wineries, but I highly recommend Sunstone winery and a must stop at Solvang for the best Danish food and pastries. Amanda's bungalow will be my favorite place for all my future visits to this area!

The apartment was very clean and updated/renovated inside. Great for families going to Disneyland! About a 15 minute walk to get into the park, pretty quick and easy!

Wonderful, clean and quiet house, which has everything we need for one week stay. It only takes 15 mins driving to Anaheim convention center, and blocks away from the supermarket and some restaurants. Kady was very nice and responsive, answered all of our questions. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend it.
