Great little place!

This beautiful accommodation was a high blessing for my family, which flew in from all across the nation when my daughter was rushed to ER and ended up in the ICU. The house was 6 min drive to UCLA West Hill. 4 very spacious bedrooms, 5 very comfortable beds plus sofa sleeper was plenty of space for my family of 8, plus friends and family to congregated to share meals, stories and fellowship. The 3 bathrooms did not disappoint! The large back yard was plenty of space to allow children space to blow off steam while their parents enjoyed the outdoors seating. The host, Eric, was extremely responsive when we had a minor issue with the water in one of the bathrooms. It was remedied within 2 hours, and he even text to confirm that we were satisfied with the repair (we were). I would absolutely rent this beautiful home again!

Joel's place was perfect for our 2 night destination wedding stay. Joel responded immediately to our needs. His place is well appointed with a gourmet kitchen, coffee and a few little extras that made the visit special. The home is quiet and an easy 10 minute drive from Ojai. We would absolutely stay there again in the future.

We had a comfortable, relaxing stay, and appreciate all the kind little provisions and conveniences in this spacious studio. The hosts seem to have thought of everything for a low-stress stay (self check-in, designated parking, easy communication). Plus, it was spotlessly clean in the best possible way—just tidy and fresh, with no lingering odors of cleaning products. The unit is just as shown in the photos, homey but not cluttered. It’s one of three studios on a lovely and leafy property, and you have your own patio as well. We were never more than 10-15 minutes away from most places we wanted to visit (hiking trails, shops/restaurants, art galleries, scenic overlooks). A perfect Ojai base!

We had a great time and Maxcy’s lovely beach house was perfect for our stay in Ventura! The home was very well-appointed and there were so many thoughtful extras to make our stay comfortable (extra towels and blankets, etc.). The neighborhood is very quiet. Maxcy was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Thank you so much!!

Was in town for work and Meredith’s place seemed like the right fit and it definitely was. Cozy and spacious. Steps away from the beach too which was a plus!

We had to evacuate due to the recent fires and needed a place to stay quickly and close by. Souroosh's home was the perfect spot for us. We were still near to our home but could bring our valuables and pets to a safe location. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and comfy beds. Souroosh was very responsive and very helpful in what was otherwise a very stressful situation.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

This little apartment was perfect for what we needed. Although we did not do any exploring around town, main street had very interesting shops and lots of things to do around the corner from the apartment. We will definitely return to explore and have a more relaxed visit. The beach was right down the street two houses down which was very nice for quick easy access to beach activities. Great little place!

The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

We returned to this location as it has an ever so beautiful location. The deck is very big, allowing for all seven of us to enjoy the waves, surfers, dolphins, and seals. The bedrooms each allow privacy. Our granddaughter had a private bedroom, sharing a bathroom with her parents. The photos are accurate. A bonus we had this time was meeting “Gidget”, aka Kathy, who is sometimes in attendance at Duke’s. She is the person the movies were based upon. A delightful person! If you’re looking for a spot for a group, snap this up!

I had a wonderful stay at this location. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had all the amenities we would need, a very comfortable bed, and a very cozy. Jason was a very communicative host. That was extremely responsive no matter what questions we had. Highly recommend this place to stay, we will be back. Thanks again, Jason. It was a real pleasure.

Summer's place was a fantastic little spot to get away for awhile and stay. I really appreciated the labels on the drawers and cabinets to help find items within the kitchen space. Storage was slightly minimal but also quite clever. The area was quite beautiful with some really lovely spots not too far away. This is definitely, as most of the Greater LA area a drivable only location. Overall, absolutely wonderful place to stay.

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

We enjoyed our stay, we loved that it was close to beach and to our son's military base. The pictures were exactly what the place looked like. William is a great host and communication was excellent. We enjoyed having the kitchen to be able to prepare home cooked meals for our son. Would definitely recommend this place and should we ever get this way again, we would definitely stay here.

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

Issue with the remote to get into the garage other then that it was a great location

Our recent stay at this Airbnb on the third floor was nothing short of exceptional. Over the course of more than a week, we were continually impressed by the serene ambiance and views of Port Hueneme Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The unit itself was well-furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them on the balcony while soaking in the panoramic views. Waking up to the sound of the humming birds was a highlight of our mornings. The location was perfect for those looking to explore the local area. Being so close to the beach, we spent hours walking along the sandy shores, enjoying the sunsets, and indulging in beach activities. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for an enjoyable v

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

This is a lovely oceanfront home on a quiet, private street. It's a well-priced alternative in Malibu where hotels a long drive away. Perfect for parents visiting Pepperdine. We will be back!
