We were a group of 14 friends and from the moment of booking untill our check-out, we had a great experience. Communication: on point and very proactive Location: easy to find and with quick access to main road Host: the owner, Michalis, is a wonderful host and I got nothing but words of praise for him. He was always available to us, recommend all the best beaches, restaurants and activities nearby and is a great person to talk to. House: as good as it looks in the listing, it's better in real life. I think this says it all.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! This villa in the picturesque village of Koukounara is a dream come true. Every moment feels like pure luxury.Manolis was exceptional, providing amazing recommendations for local activities, restaurants, and hidden gems.His guidance helped us discover incredible places and experiences we’ll never forget.This villa is perfect for anyone seeking luxury, breathtaking views, and local culture. We’re already counting down the days until we return with our whole family next summer!

Thanks for having us! We had a great time at your place. We were welcomed with some local specialties of their own production and with a big bowl of fresh fruits. This was a very kind gesture and immediately made us feel welcome. The beaches (3 of them) were all on a 5 minute walk. Restaurant and shops were very close too. The busstop to Chania city centre was at a 5 minute walk and the drive there was very fast. The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed. We had a small leak under the sink and upon informing them, they immediately sent somebody to repair it and within an hour it was completely replaced and working again. After halfway through our stay, we received fresh sheets without having to ask for it. Thanks again for having us, if we come back to Crete we will definitely book this place again!

We had a fantastic stay at Xeni's, Dimitri was the best host ever and so helpful. We had four very sick adults and he went to the Chemist for me and got us medicine and would not accept any payment, he was so so kind. His children met us at midnight as we had a late flight into Crete. The house was amazing and the fridge was full when we arrived ham, cheese, water, fruit, wine eggs all you need for the first few days. The beds are comfortable and the AC works perfectly. The beach is 50 meters away, as are the pubs and restaurants, great location. We will be back. Dimitris was the best host we have ever met. Thank you so much. Gillian and Family

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The unit is spotless and everything is in great condition. The location is great and very scenic. It's an easy walk into town. We did rent a car to go to farther spots, and driving and parking can be a bit tricky around the unit, but we did not need the car for going into town center. Lots of sights and restaurants are close by. Our host was very responsive and gave us a great list of nearby things. A highly recommended stay!

Beautiful apartment, backyard is very generous, large kitchen and lounge. Walking distance to beautiful beach, restaurants, short drive to supermarkets. The place had everything you need plus more and treats on arrival. Would highly recommend for families. Beautiful to relax in the backyard and enjoy a BBQ.

Maira and Eyal are amazing hosts! We have been welcomed and pampered as never before! We arrived late and a hot and local meal was waiting for us! Since we couldn't shop, Maira also brought us breakfast! We were the only tenants for both apartments, and they offered to upgrade us at no additional cost! The villa is extraordinary, we loved the proximity to the sea and the beach, it's absolutely fabulous! The location is ideal for radiating to the south, east and west of the island. Everything is accessible about an hour's drive away. We were delighted to come out of season, even though the shops were starting to close. We enjoyed a city without tourists, what happiness! If we were to come back, it would be here! A huge thank you to both!
