Alexandre is a super welcoming host, very friendly ,available at our request and above all very attentive. The apartment is GREAT!Functional,modern ,very well equipped ,nickel, spacious because very well thought out. It is in a very quiet residence while being very close to quality local shops and of course on the sea at the end of the street three minutes away. I recommend a thousand percent this cozy little nest that has super comfortable bedding and a spacious and very well arranged bathroom with a large and very pleasant shower. We will be back with great pleasure . ,

We spent a week at Francoise's in September 2024. We are very happy, the apartment was fantastic and a great starting point for activities in the surrounding nature (bsp; bike tours through the Marais, paddling in Veillon, Richard the Lionheart's castle in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, old church and great Cabane in Brem and much more). The apartment itself is small but exquisitely equipped. We did not expect the fold-out sofa bed to be the only bed according to the apartment description, but we could sleep well in it. The view of the sea is fantastic, due to the location of the apartment on the 6th floor, the barely used, one-lane road is practically inaudible. We thank our hosts for this wonderful time!

Nice and beautifully furnished apartment on the 5th floor. Shops and bakery downstairs. Not far from the sea (10 min car) and not far from downtown St Nazaire (10 min). The seaside is wonderful.

I obviously confirm the previous comments, very complimentary. There is nothing missing from this apartment, even the vacuum cleaner is a little noisy for our comfort 😊 When we arrived, our host was there, had put on the heating, and took the time to explain some small details of everyday life. Very well located house, a few meters from the new access to the bike path, and easy access to the first beach. The accommodation is well appointed and well-equipped. The terrace and the grounds are a great plus, it allows you to enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day. The bikes provided are very well maintained. Jean-Paul is very friendly and responds quickly. I would this property. We'll be happy to go back.

The accommodation is 1.5 km from the center of Port-Joinville in a residential street, we rented bicycles as soon as we arrived at the port because the path to travel is not very suitable for walking (especially at night, no sidewalk or lighting). Convenient; bike rental companies can drop off your luggage for free. We enjoyed the accommodation, spacious, very clean and with all amenities. The host is in the immediate vicinity if needed.

Anaïse was very welcoming and immediately explained the many attractions of the city, with very interesting recommendations for children in the area. She is very warm, full of beautiful values and very available for various questions. The accommodation is perfectly as described, extremely pleasant with enough space both indoors and outdoors for a family gathering. The proximity to the beach is incredible and made the children happy throughout the stay. The city center is easily reachable by foot (15-20 min depending on pace). Recommended accommodation for discovering the beautiful city of Saint-Nazaire and a great place to start exploring the area.

Had a pleasant stay in this large house with a garden. Very nice rooms. Very well equipped for kitchen and linens. Possibility to put your car in the garage. For me, I don't need it because the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Overall it was perfect. Enjoy your stay at the next time.

A very pleasant winter stay, a beautiful discovery of the region. The welcome by Corinne's parents was cordial, very punctual and efficient. The apartment is cozy and has superb views of the sea and sunset, as well as direct access to the seafront promenade.

We recommend this listing 100%: Nicolas is very available and his directions are very clear. He offers a very well-appointed and very clean home. The accommodation is ideally located: at the foot of the beach, 500 m from Croisic train station and the bike rental company. We didn't use our car for our entire stay: we did everything by bike, because the area is very well equipped with bike paths. Walk on the port of Le Croisic, the wild coast, Batz-sur-Mer, St Michel beach, Guénolé tower, mini-golf, Le Pouliguen by the wild coast, Pen Bron... To be repeated! And soon!

Sandra's place is in an excellent location. You have a great view over the bay and everything is in walkable distance. The apartment is practical with a few payback touches. I would come back next time!
