Functional, spacious, very well-equipped and comfortable home. An incredible view of the sea/beach and its surroundings. Easy access building with parking, elevator. Communication with the Host is smooth, responsive, Florent is very friendly. A property to remember, I validate and recommend it without a second thought.

During our five-week stay, we felt very comfortable at the place. The location to the sea is particularly great, in 3 minutes you have already reached it on foot. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is pleasantly large. Bernard, who lived above us, was always very friendly and very quick to reach. Gruissan is a cute little place and worth a visit. The only small drawback is that the Wi-Fi is rather weak, but you can also do well without Wi-Fi, as the place is so great!

Thierry and his wife are very kind people. We thank them warmly for their welcome and the beautiful quality of their service. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is well located, close to shops, the beach and the city center. It is very clean with very good bedding as well as all the necessary household appliances and even more with in particular a dryer - useful in winter - and food available. We were delighted with our rental and will not fail to call on Thierry again during our visit to Valras. I would recommend this place to tourists passing through, as it is great value for money. Many thanks to Thierry and his wife, we wish them all the best for the new year 2025.

Very happy to have stayed here. Gruissan is a lovely place, and Arnaud's apartment is in a perfect location - beside the beach and only a short walk from the port. Lots of restaurants and shops around. I recommend the big sandwiches at Friterie du Nord (just across the road from the apartment), I go there any time I'm in the area. Apartment was comfortable and well-appointed - I didn't lack for anything whilst I was there, and the view is majestic. Finally, Arnaud and Odette are both very nice.

Accommodation as described, clean and very well-equipped. In addition to the amenities, consumables are also provided (coffee capsules, dishwasher, oil, salt etc ...) which is nice for short stays. Good communication with Melissa. I would unreservedly recommend these hosts and their place. Thanks for our stay

Perfect weekend in Régis's house. Very clean house; tidy, neat decor and high-end amenities in all areas. It's a paradise for cactus lovers with a beautiful garden and for green plant lovers. Everything is studied in detail to enjoy a moment of happiness and rest in this house. The best Airbnb I've had with its very comfortable amenities. Thank you Régis. It was great! The accommodation feels luxurious and has everything you need. The beach, shops and restaurants are 50 to 100 m away. The home has an outdoor space that is enclosed between apartments and other gardens, so you can sit quietly outside. Everything is enclosed so that even small children can play outside without problems.

Easy to find, responsive host. Flawless sauna and jacuzzi. Clean accommodation. I recommend it. Good location.

Beautiful apartment and the host, Rachel, was absolutely fantastic! Helpful, flexible and friendly! Went out of her way to make sure we were always taken care of and comfortable! The place is conveniently located right in the heart of the old town, but still amazingly quiet since it’s off on a small street. It feels more like a one bedroom even though it’s a studio because of the layout and the kitchen is well equipped for any length stay. We felt right at home and would definitely book here again any time we’re back in Narbonne!

This accommodation was perfect for our weekend, very well located with views of the harbor, very well furnished, very well equipped and very clean. we had little contact with Jean-Marc and Carole. But our hosts were always responsive and very kind.

We really enjoyed it. Well located and quiet, on December 30th. Close to Barcarès Christmas Market, which was our destination. In the home, believe me, there are more things than you may need. We slept very comfortable in a very clean space. We have not heard any noise from neighbors. Estelle was in very quick contact with us. We will make the most of it, friends and us, returning there in the summer. We have now had plenty of free spots outside. Great for families!! Thank you Estelle for everything!!

Great stay at Gilles' place. Welcoming and warm host. We took full advantage of the surroundings because they were easy to access. Lots of entertainment is offered during the summer period. Restaurants, bar and other shops are within direct access which is really a plus. We would definitely recommend Gilles' place.
