Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea. The sunrise view from the large sofa (and bed) was fabulous. Very well equipped, spacious, with a beautiful terrace. A free and private parking space is available. Florent is friendly and responsive, the self check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. We would recommend this listing +++.

We felt very comfortable at the accommodation during our five-week stay. The location to the sea is particularly great, in 3 minutes you have already reached it on foot. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed very cozy. The bathroom is pleasantly large. Bernard, who stayed above us, was always very friendly and very quick to reach. Gruissan is a cute little place and worth a visit. The only small deficiency is that the Wi-Fi is rather weak, but you can also do well without Wi-Fi, as the place is so great!

Thierry and his wife are very kind people. We sincerely thank them for their hospitality and the quality of their service. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is well located, close to shops, the beach and the city center. It is very clean with very good bedding as well as all the necessary household appliances and even more including a dryer - useful in winter - and food available. We were delighted with our rental and will be sure to call Thierry again during our stay in Valras. I would recommend this place to visiting tourists because it has a great value for money. Thank you so much to Thierry and his wife, we offer them our best wishes for the new year 2025.

Very nice apartment, good location and very functional. Everything you need is available, quiet place and an unobstructed view of the sea. Marie who hosted us is a very friendly host. I would definitely recommend it.

Very happy to have stayed here. Gruissan is a lovely place, and Arnaud's apartment is in a perfect location - beside the beach and only a short walk from the port. Lots of restaurants and shops around. I recommend the big sandwiches at Friterie du Nord (just across the road from the apartment), I go there any time I'm in the area. Apartment was comfortable and well-appointed - I didn't lack for anything whilst I was there, and the view is majestic. Finally, Arnaud and Odette are both very nice.

Great apartment! The amenities (a real Swiss knife!), the decor, the cleanliness, the incredible view, the calm (2nd fortnight of September), we enjoyed everything! Sabrina, even if we didn't see her, is very available, very nice and good advice! Go ahead!!!

The place has an excellent location, everything was super clean and tidy, the house is beautiful and the decor and amenities it offers are unbeatable. My rating is 100% recommended and Regis is the most attentive and friendly, always aware that we were comfortable and we did not miss anything. Surely thank you for everything Regis.

Beautiful place that has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Residence with beautiful pool, dining point with entertainment offered in the evening. Near Beziers, the canal and a supermarket. The children's books on site that interested my daughters a lot. I would recommend.

I felt at home

It was great! The accommodation feels luxurious and has everything you need. The beach, shops and restaurants are 50 to 100 m away. The home has an outdoor space that is enclosed between apartments and other gardens, so you can sit quietly outside. Everything is enclosed so that even small children can play outside without problems.

Very pleasant stay, Séverine and Eric were very friendly upon arrival and very accommodating on schedules. Small and comfortable cottage, super nice pool a stone's throw away! Close to all shops no need to take the car..... At the top! Beach at 3min walk brief.... Perfect Thank you for all that Séverine and Eric..

Old house but very decent with all the amenities you need and also with a large garden. Very nice in case of animals.

Beautiful apartment and the host, Rachel, was absolutely fantastic! Helpful, flexible and friendly! Went out of her way to make sure we were always taken care of and comfortable! The place is conveniently located right in the heart of the old town, but still amazingly quiet since it’s off on a small street. It feels more like a one bedroom even though it’s a studio because of the layout and the kitchen is well equipped for any length stay. We felt right at home and would definitely book here again any time we’re back in Narbonne!

The kitchen was very well equipped, nothing to say. The location of the apartment very well located next to everything with a magnificent view of the harbor pleasant in the early morning with the sunrise. Leone is a very nice and friendly person. Thanks again. I had a lovely holiday.

Great stay at Gilles' place. Welcoming and warm host. We took full advantage of the surroundings because it was easy to access. Lots of entertainment are offered during the summer period. Restaurants, bars, and other merchants are in direct access which is really a plus. We would definitely recommend the accommodation offered by Gilles.

We had a lovely stay at Mickael's apartment, which is very nicely decorated and perfectly equipped. The environment is peaceful and very relaxing. Everything is there to have a good vacation. Thank you again for your kindness and availability.

Thanks to Eric for being responsive. He offered to leave later if we wanted to. The apartment is super well equipped, functional and well located unfortunately the people before we did not clean, we left food in the fridge, chocolate stains on the couch, the bed, the table. Dust and bathroom not made damage. If we have the occassion, we'll be happy to come back.
