We came with my family, it is close to the center and the transportation was very convenient. Quiet place with a great view. We got away from the stress and crowds of life. The barbecue by the pool was very nice, we enjoyed the clean pool to the fullest. It was very nice to have a bathroom in each room and the cleanliness of the house. It was as clean as a villa could be. The pool was also spotless. I think the pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. It was on the BBQ and we were able to use it. The kitchen was very tidy. There were glasses, pots, tea, kettle, etc. There were only holes in the mosquito nets. We dealt with a few mosquitoes. Other than that, it was perfect. The place where the house is located is very calm and peaceful. 8/10 minutes away from Ilica beach by car. She really deserved her money. Ms. Cansel answered our questions quickly and was very interested. I recommend it to everyone.

We had a wonderful holiday holiday with our 4 adults and 2 pawed daughters. The location of the house, the size of the four rooms, it was very nice to have their own bathrooms. The living room of the house is very passable and has a very nice burning fireplace. We did not have any heating problems with the heaters in each room. The house has a very nice pool and garden for summer. Both Ms. Meray and Ms. Idil were very supportive in all kinds of matters until they left the first booking stage. We easily parked our car around Hacımemiş mosque, the house is only 5 minutes away. A very beautiful home that we also want to experience Little Lucky summer...

Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

We stayed at Ferdi's place for a week and had a super nice time. Various beaches, restaurants and convenience stores can be reached quickly. With the Dolmus, other places (such as Alacati, Cesme city) are also easily accessible. Glad to come back!
