The stay was wonderful from the time of booking to checkout. It is a great place if you want to spend quality family time like we did over Christmas.

A very spacious house in a small neighborhood consisting of similar, free-standing houses. You can park your car right next to the house. A big living room (kitchen, big and sturdy kitchen table and a couch) with lots of light. Comfortable bedrooms and good beds. From the small balcony you can see the lake. Everything you need is present and the house is ideal to make trips in the surrounding. Shops and restaurant are at 10–15 minute walk (although the way back is up-hill…). Petra is easy to communicate with, there is a caretaker present for many of the houses in this neighborhood. Our only remark: the Wi-Fi is only bearable for messages, but you have 4G mobile connection in this location. Very recommendable if you like a quiet environment and a very spacious house !

We had booked three nights at the house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 infants) including dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was enough parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative care by Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed on request. The house was fully equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. It's just a pity that there was a sauna right on our house back wall and was loudly used by our neighbors. They braced over our terrace while we grilled our dinner!

We were a large group of 5 adults, three children and four dogs. The house is spacious and practical. The great large garden is a dream and also the proximity to the old town, the nearby park have completely convinced us. Would love to come again.

The stay was great, everything was clean, with lots of amenities, a beautiful place by the forest, and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the beach. A very nice manager, just communicating with the organization that manages the listing on airbnb was a bit attached and the check-in instructions didn't come from them. But it's more of a tip for improvement for this organization, the place was great.

It was a good location. It was close to the downtown. We did not find a wine opener. We enjoyed the stay there.

We really enjoyed the stay. The highlight of the house was the hot tub and the view of the adjacent forest with lake. We just found it a pity that the residents of the other house refused us the sauna and thought it was not part of us. So we paid for the sauna, but couldn't use it once. We didn't feel like further arguments. Otherwise, everything is great!

A great place to stay – modern and well equipped with everything you need. The location on the edge of the forest is beautiful and idyllic. I was completely satisfied. The only disadvantage: The hot tub was unfortunately not usable, as the water did not really get warm even after five hours of heating.
