Good place, location and price

It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

the home is exactly as described in the listing description. Good location, 1 minute from the Rivabella seafront, just 5 minutes by car from the historic center of Rimini and as many from the Rimini promenade. Great location for trips in the Rimini hinterland.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Staying with Marta was very pleasant and we felt very welcome. The beach is about 5-10 minutes away from the property. Due to the heat, it can be cooled in the pool or in all rooms that are air-conditioned. Marta provided us with a booklet with the most important information, both in English and Italian.

Marta welcomed us beautifully. She was always proactive, she came to help without problems, for everything, even the smallest. Great rooms and pool, there were 20 of us and we had a great time. All new homes, soundproofed, password-openings. What can I say, space!

Mariella, Marco and Filippo were great hosts. We had a very good time, we appreciated their kindness and cordiality. The apartment was as described and was equipped with everything you need. Wonderful terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast every morning! Pool shared with other guests and well-maintained owners, as well as the garden. We then appreciated the tranquility of the area and the proximity to the sea and amenities. Ideal place for a holiday with children, but also with friends!!

We were in Cattolica on the occasion of MotoGP and Cristina and her accommodation were perfect for our mini vacation. The 4 bikes available super useful for us to reach the circuit, the perfect house for 4 and equipped with every comfort, very close to the center that we reached on foot! Kind, friendly and available for everything! we will definitely be back! Thank you very much!

Our stay went very well The apartment is lovely and perfectly responsive to the photos. The location is very quiet, but still close to the waterfront and not far from the center. Francesco's availability is an added value. We stayed with a 2 year old and the experience was great, I recommend it.

Valentina is a great host! Punctual and accurate as well as your apartment! Clean in everything from sheets to towels to dishes! The bathroom was impeccable! In short, it felt like staying at home! We were greeted and checked in earlier than expected and were very available to arrive first to give us the keys. The apartment is as pictured, and very clean. Great opportunity to leave the car parked inside the property to go to the fair on foot and then come back later to pick up the car. We'll definitely book again next time!
