We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

We were received very flexible and friendly. The place was as shown on the pictures! A very nice house with wonderful pool. Definetly recommend.

Very clean place (I never found a perfectly clean place like this), extremely helpful hosts. I interacted with both Francesca and her son and they were both extremely kind, quick, and proactive.

The stay was wonderful. Elisa was very quick to answer any questions I had. Very quiet neighborhood, and I had no problem sleeping. Could walk to local grocery store. Wonder park right across the street with great walking paths.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

Great house in the middle of italian country side. Garden, environmnent and everything give great italian experience. During eleven days I have chance to relax and forget about city, cars and all the Urban life. Evidently my greatest holiday

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

Kevin is a very accurate and available Host. The apartment was in great condition exactly as advertised. We will definitely come back to him in case of a new stay in Rimini!

What to start from, I would start by saying first that it was a resounding experience. Danilo at the welcome immediately made us feel at home, presenting himself as a polite and handy person; it was very pleasant to exchange words with him! Moving the speech to talk about the place, I would spend one adjective, INCREDIBLE. This is because it has exceeded our expectations: Impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every accessory (without exaggerating), the outdoor area literally the icing on the cake. We stayed for 2 nights and it was enough to fully understand how much attention to detail is behind it. In conclusion, I can say that this place will remain the first choice if there will be an opportunity to return to the area for a few days and I will recommend it to anyone.

We booked for an event at the fair with colleagues and had a really good time. The house is warm and welcoming, nothing is missing! The stay experience was excellent, as was the hospitality and availability of the owner.

Dear Letizia and Michele, thank you very much for welcoming us in you beautiful Appartment. Everything was perfect! Very nice Appartment, everything is like on pictures. Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place! Great stay in Paola's lovely apartment, just as described. The terraces are fabulous. Great communication too. Marina di Ravens was quite quiet this week, but loved Ravenna. Also loved Cesenetico - very quaint town. Definitely recommend.
