Excellent. Hosts are attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is just as you see in the photos, the apartment is not huge, that is, the bathroom is huge, comfortable and practical, enough for 3 or 4 people, and the house has all kinds of appliances, as well as an Italian coffee maker, in addition to having a radiant floor that is very happy to walk in socks there. As for the location it is in a quiet neighborhood, with very easy parking right in front of the house, and in a matter of 5 minutes or less walking you reach Plaza de Aguilar. Totally recommended, I will definitely repeat when I stayed in the area.

The apartment complies with what it promises , there is a lot of space and it has everything but it needs a good maintenance hand, the windows go wrong there is some clutter , walls to be painted.. broken curtains.. the gel support falls in the shower.. in general it was like a 500 thousand kms car in good condition but looking like it was very used

The apt was as described in the listing, very flirty and tastefully decorated, all the utensils of kitchenware, well located and clean. It is something small but for short stays it is great

The apartments are in a very beautiful complex and despite the proximity of the road, your sleep will be peaceful as the bedroom windows face a green area. Very comfortable beds. There are many beautiful beaches and recreation areas nearby for walking. We recommend you to choose an apartment for your vacation.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location is ideal, great for going with kids and just steps from the beach, the place is spotlessly clean and well cared for. Perfect for enjoying the magical Comillas and the beautiful villages around. Also, Luis was amazing, always attentive and in touch to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Without a doubt, an unbeatable experience. I repeat for sure and from us 100% recommended!

Super located apartment overlooking the sea, very clean and well equipped. The communication with Sandra and Ron and also the reception and instruction on site made the arrival easy. We enjoyed the days in this apartment very much!

Sagrario is very friendly and check was quick and easy. The flat is as described and is spacious and clean. Parking is free at night on all the streets nearby and there is a free parking not far from the flat (but there was always a wait the two times we checked). Overall very pleasant experience and would recommend the place to anyone.

Everything was very correct, we felt right at home, nothing was missing. Access to good restaurants, the beach and the promenade... all a minute walk away. We had a great stay at Paula's apartment. It is very pleasant, bright and well located in relation to the city center. Paula is very kind, available and attentive.

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

The house is spacious, the living room perfect for eating and being 4 people. the beds are new and comfortable. The garage is easily accessible. And the house is in the center, nothing from the beach. Sergio quickly answered all our questions and Pilar gave us a good description of the local restoration. We'll be back if you have it available

Excellent location in front of the beach. The apartment is nicer than what it looks on the pictures. It was clean, with enough amenities, and very comfortable. We were two friends and a couple looking to enjoy the beach and disconnect. There are nice restaurants in the area as well. The host was very friendly and demonstrated that she cared for us having a very good stay.

Super apartment and Maria is very friendly. I recommend renting, great experience. We'd love to come back.

It was a one-night stay, very nice, definitely to repeat, the guy from the bar and the lovely reception and very nice, always attentive. The apartment is impeccable and certainly highly recommended, a quiet area but close to the rest of villages.

The house is very pretty, it is equipped with everything you need, the village is beautiful just like the views. Ramón has fixed all the unforeseen events that have arisen quickly. If your mobiles, just like mine, don't have any coverage in the village. It's difficult to communicate . Otherwise everything was great .
