Place was very clean just one room didn’t have ac or a working tv but other then that great location family friendly and very secure 24 hr security

Great place. Have stayed here a couple of times. No heat as is common, so it can get a bit chilly in the winter. The pool and hot tub are not heated but the community is nice. Great garden area.

This place was great! Peaceful, quiet, beautiful,and clean! I loved the aesthetic. We enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Another Perfect Stay! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as the first! The place is always spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches make it feel like a home away from home. The house was exactly as described, and Van was extremely responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was tranquil, and we enjoyed talking and taking long walks. We visit the area often and would stay here again without question.

Great place to stay in a safe and secure private community. Nice big house and close to the strip. Would definitely recommend if you want privacy, peace, and quiet while still being close to the strip.

Our vacation to Baja California was amazing and this place played a huge factor. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating to our wheelchair access needs. 10/10 amazing place to stay, close to lots of stores and food spots. the hosts recommended a taco place nearby that we walked to and it was delicious. Very thankful to have came across this wonderful place and great hosts!!

Loved our quick weekend getaway! only item I would note is the spotting WIFI. sounds like it is the area, which is not surprising. We were fine as we had kiddos leave the ipads at home and brought board games! wanted to get away from online activites. Our cellular service did work. :-) Host was extremely responsive. as in mintues! and answered all questions. It is winter, but kiddos liked walking to the beach and throwing rocks into the water. since it is a rocky beach, the waves make a special sound. it was cool! Host did warn us about being cold and no heat in house. THANKS. we brought little heaters and it was not a problem at all! warmed up during the day. it was only night time that it dipped a bit. thank you and we enjoyed our stay.

Love the environment, everyone was friendly and very peaceful neighborhood. The house was in great condition and lots of spices if you would want to make food for your stay. Francisco was understanding and answered your questions quick

It was a comfortable place.

First of all let me just say that the house was so homie, comfortable, spacious and so much room! Arturo was the absolute best host ever! He is so attentive, super helpful and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed 😊 my family and me had the best time ever staying at Arturo house! We will most definitely come back!

My family and I really like this home. It is super spacious and it fits all of us. The home is super clean and has all the household items needed to cook a big meal. We have rented it twice and will probably continue to do so since it is really a good size home if you have a big family.

The Airbnb was really beautiful. Exactly as described and kid friendly! We loved that we felt safe in such a great neighborhood. We enjoyed that there were so many places to shop/ eat nearby. Rodrigo was such a great host. Very attentive and responded quickly if we needed anything. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay at Alfonsos place in a beautiful and safe gated community. Located 5 minutes away from Papas & Beer and the entire downtown rosarito area. Very cheap uber and was easily accessible. He was very responsive to ALL questions leading up to the trip and during the trip. Will 100% be making this our preferred airbnb every time we go to Rosarito.
